If you get killed in a fight, you can't mine anymore for the next 4 hours. However, if you drop all your cargo and run for your life, you'll be able to come back after the pirates have logged and continue to mine.

Indeed, the pictures speak louder than words. But all I see in those pictures you've provided, is a hegemon solo-mining and expecting to be threated nicely by pirates.
In every single screen you provided (bar the first two), you're the only Daumann in scanner range, and rest (NPCs and Players alike) are Hessian... Now, who's fault is it if you get pirated over and over?

Now Anne, nitpicking on your wordings aside, your whole post just looks like a "Q_Q I got pirated so it means pirates are lame, while I don't even look at what I've done myself..! Q_Q" type of post, spiced up with "If u keep pirating us we wont come mine in omegas & ur activity dies! Q_Q" threats... Which is rather pointless, I have to point out. We can shoot the same people on their [RM], so what's the difference if they come and mine on their DHC- in Omegas or just PvP in their Guard system on their Wraths? You're not bringing any more activity to Rheinland with throwing the same players in 4 different Rheinland faction. More activity would be when the whole [RM] and the whole DHC- can get on at the same time. Not "Either the whole [RM] or the whole DHC- can get on at the same time"... See my point?
Now let's not go off-topic: You were mining alone. You got attacked by the same pirate. You didn't even bother to run... And you barge into the feedback thread when you lose your cargo? I usually don't like it when people throw in "hire escorts!"-type of suggestions into discussions like this. But you're a mining Faction, what's the difference between you and a daumann indie if both of you are going to mine alone and then Q_Q on PM, Skype & Forums when you get pirated?
Now, as you're pretty new in the region, let me explain a point that you're missing: RHA has a mining operation in o-11, which pretty much means we mine in same fields that you mine... And let me remind you of the new field depletion system - More you mine, less we can. So, from an InRp point of view of Hessian perspective, it pretty much means you are stealing our ore, not the other way around. So a Hessian has every right to ask you to drop all your cargo and even charge you some credits for trespassing Hessian territory if they catch you 5k from their guard sys JH, mining their ore.
What can you do in return..? Instead of going Wannabe-PvPwhore-style on your Mafics, and using full Firekiss+SN/MR... Act like how a decent escort would. Equip it with a CD, and when a hostile comes in scanner range, the escort can move out and keep them CDed while the Hegemon cruises away in the opposite direction. Me and a friend used to mine like this in Dublin, and trust me... o-11 is Nothing compared to Dublin. You know how many times I got pirated during the 4 months I mined there? None.
Now you got pirated 3 times in the same day... Maybe it's not the pirate you have to blame!
