Frankly, regardless of what happens, if Bretonia seriously tries to enact that without Zoner community support they will not have a leg to stand upon.

That interpretation of the contract is utter crap. Just like the Blood Diamonds ordering being an illegal act.

Edit: In short, if Blood Diamonds are not listed as contraband, ordering them cannot be considered an illegal act.
