The players who blow up pobs are almost never interested in "a healthy dialogue". If they talk to you at all, it's to get you to submit to them completely or get blown up. If you say you want to talk oorp about fairness and mutually beneficial activity, they will say "I am a RP purist, it's all about RP for me, don't you understand RP?". If you try to bring the discussion about pobs to the forum, they will say "delete pobs delete pobs delete pobs delete pobs delete pobs".
But unfortunately the real problem doesnt even come from people who decide to blow up pobs. The real problem is that discoverygc, at the very core of the community, has this sandcastle/turf mentality literally everywhere, in which it's mostly about who has the power and rarely about reaching the best outcome through collaboration. That's at the core of why rules arent adapted to reduce pob drama, why even the most basic measures of user friendliness arent implemented by devs, why problems with system layout that are widely known since 2013 arent being addressed, why there is no code of conduct that leaders can be held to. Because those things are always part of "someone's turf" whose only motivation is to keep others off their turf.
