my name is Jack Henderson, IMG Security wing, currently deployed to Dublin in IMG effort to step up the ore production and develop the mining areas.
I want to hand in a formal complaint about the behaviour of a Molly pilot named Long Horn Silver.
Named person caused monetary losses of more than 30.000.000 credits to the IMG in less than 3 hours by destroying two targets that were being serviced by an IMG unmanned drone. Thus these targets are to be considered IMG customers, consequently economic IMG interests were violated by the pilot's behaviour.
In two cases IMG customers were destroyed and the ore was lost in both incidents. Both customers hadn't paid before the attack because it is standard IMG drone procedure to accomplish the task (filling up the freighter) before getting payment. To get to the point: IMG spent time, ressources and equipment and got nothing due to the repeated actions of Long Horn Silver.
In addition, the drone paid a yet unspecified amount of taxes and license fees (as agreed in the treaties) to the Mollys, just to have its customers destroyed twice.
Furthermore the drone had to be sent back to Freeport 4 because it is programmed to avenge the loss of IMG profits by switching to agressive mode after a certain amount of loss. Since I am not interested in another incident, I ordered the drone back, causing some more hundred millions of loss to the IMG. Drones in transit don't mine.
To put this into perspective: IMG vessels can pay Molly licenses and taxes and can have its traders pirated 10 times on their route and still the loss would be less than today's mining efforts.
Moreover it seem noteworthy in this context that Long Horn Silver used something I refer to as the "old Molly way" of taxing, which means: aggressive approach and lots of explosions. These killings should be investigated as there were significantly more committed by this pilot than by the normal Garda ships that normally do duty in Dublin, which seems awkward.
There were more than 10 attempts made by the Drone and myself to get Long Horn Silver into commenting on the actions. He flatly denied my transmissions which were aimed at finding a solution that works for everybody involved by saying that he had to tax another miner. This makes me think that he did not understand the implications of his actions one bit or - more likely - that he did not care at all.
Let me stress: We - IMG elements operating in Dublin - haven't had trouble with Molly personel for quite some time - and I think both parties profited. Today this changed and it changed due to just one individual who profited, while IMG lost millions. I do not have to remind anybody in this communication circle about the relationship between Mollys and IMG. I think I do not have to stress how inacceptable these actions are.
I enquire an investigation into the events to keep incidents like this one from happening.
I request a cancelling of Long Horn Silvers landing right on the IMG Hood as well as on any other IMG base.
I request an affirmation that the IMG efforts to develop the mining areas are really wanted by the Molly Council and that the treaties are still valid.
My personal consequences will be that no taxes and licenses will be paid in the next 9 days by the Dublin IMG mining crew because the saved sums are used as compensation for the damage that was inflicted to IMG interests today.
Yours sincerely
Jack Henderson
