Subject .......... A bundle of joy
Good day John,
This is a delayed message I am writing you while I'm on my way to Salt Lake station for our meeting with Cryer.
As both you and I have a lot of work on our plate with limited time I want to let you know I am expecting child in, well, six months or so...
Now me becoming a mother has been on my mind forever yet I have never found a suitable 'father' nor did I want to make the time to acquire one. If you get what I mean.
I therefore contacted our chief gynecologist at the academy, Dr. Northwood, (Chelsy) to help me with an IVF through donor procedure. Now while this process took a bit of time I am happy to announce that my daughter is healthy and will be about due around the 22nd of December.
Apart from Dr. Northwood, you are the first to know. I haven't even told uncle Bob! Oh John, I am so excited and I'm scared at the same time. What will happen to the academy? Can I still be of service to MFE and... what with all these issues with Liberty and Erie?
Please, keep this between us as no one else knows yet, physically, it will be quite hard to keep this bundle of joy under wraps for much longer. Nor would I want to do so.
So sorry to confront you with all this. I just wanted you to be the first to know. I still need to tell my parents!
With deepest respect,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, Med Force General Academy, Omicron Theta Med Force Enterprises

Well, Dr. Xi,
I am most surprised by this and equally happy for this news. Congratulations on becoming a mother. I do apologize for the delay but I wanted to wrap up our meeting with Cryer first.
With all what has gone on, good news is needed and you have provided it. You deciding to do this on your own is your business and Jill, you will not be the last woman to be a single mother nor are you the first to become one in Med Force Enterprises for much of the same reasons as you decided to do this on your own.
Let me know how I can be of help. My only instruction for you is to monitor your work load. In short, do not overdo it and take time as you need to. I will also keep this quiet.
Again, congratulations.......Mom!

I wanted to get the word out as I promised this man I was talking to in Omega 3 earlier while I was running re-enforced alloy to the hospital. I was speaking to a Bundschuh by the name of "Civil, Servant". Now I have never met a Bundshuh until today although I've heard of them. After hating on houses and corporations, he asked if Med Force Enterprises might be interested in a contract to deliver food, oxygen, water and medicine to Planet Hammersee in Sigma 15. Now I don't run out that far but it sounded like an opportunity. I know Doc is on vacation right now so I wanted to mention this to everyone.
Dr. von Goeben, he was going to mention it to you the other day but I guess he got run off by some Outcasts you were speaking with? I guess they threatened to enslave him or something.
Anyway, sounds like an opportunity. So um, what do you all think?

Good day John and esteemed colleagues,
As I can no longer 'hide' my pregnancy as well as that many who have seen me recently already figured out, I am, indeed, pregnant. Right now I'm in my 24th week and I'm feeling the strain on my body. Now this process took a bit of time I am happy to announce that both my daughter and I are healthy. The fact that the little one has been actively moving around for a while and keeping me awake at night should say enough.
Now it's important for all to know I will be due around the 22nd of December. Having said that I will attend to my duties as MFE Academy director as long as I can. I do hope I can take a three month leave of absence after delivery. I reckon I have ample free time spared in my account.
Please know that in case of any emergency my primary contact is my uncle Bartholomew Kelsomagus (please do address him as 'Bob') at OSI. As he is my closest relative he will help me raise my daughter.
With much love and my sincere respect,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, Med Force General Academy, Omicron Theta Med Force Enterprises

Good Afternoon,
You bring a lot to the table. Databases and system management are more important than people realize as are problem solving and organizational skills.
In reviewing your resume, I think I have a good assignment for you to get started. I would like you to report to Omega Med Force Hospital in Omega 3 right off of Freeport 1. There you will report to the base administrator, Billy Garand.
Billy is young but organized. He is also more of a pilot so having a second transport driver will be helpful. Work with him, learn the ropes and let us see what happens.
When you get your ship, let me know the name of the ship or ships so that I can get you rostered.

Subject .......... Requesting a leave of absence
Dear John,
I am writing to you today to request a leave of absence from my duties at MFE for the final three weeks of my pregnancy. I am expecting my child to be born mid-December, and I am no longer able to maintain my current level of work due to the increasing physical and emotional demands of my pregnancy.
I have been with MFE for a few years now, and I have always been dedicated to my work. I am proud of the contributions I have made to the company, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given. However, I believe that it is important for me to take this time to focus on my health and the well-being of my unborn child.
I apologize for any inconvenience my absence may cause. I will do my best to ensure that my work is up-to-date and that my colleagues have the information they need to continue my projects in my absence.
I would also like to request your assistance in delivering my child. As you know, I have been your partner for many years, and I therefore trust you completely. I believe that you would be the perfect person to help me welcome my new child into the world.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
With much love and my sincere respect,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, Med Force General Academy, Omicron Theta Med Force Enterprises

Dr. Xi,
Your leave of absence request is hereby granted. You are now under doctor's orders to rest and prepare for motherhood.
He smiles proudly
It will be my honor to assist in the delivery of your child. Yes, we have been friends and co-workers for quite some time now which makes this all the more special.
Do not think that your leave will be an inconvenience. It is because of you that we have a good staff here that can hold down the fort and give you a much needed rest. I intend to be around awhile, at least, in the short term to get some work done here so do not hesitate to ask if you need anything.

I hope this finds you all well. With the recent events that took place in Omicron Theta, namely around Freeport 9 and the withdrawal of the Corsairs, I want you all to be careful out there. I am gravely concerned after reading this: transmission. They are down so it seems but they will be back and will be angry.
Now Med Force Enterprises had no known involvement in the skirmish and we had some positive words with them before this all started but I fear we will be judged as well.
Do NOT antagonize the Corsairs and do NOT engage them under any circumstances. If they stop you, do as instructed. We have enough patients already outside of our own organization.
I have received no comms from other Zoner groups at this point so I do not know what is going on with them. Keep your eyes and ears open. If you hear or see something of concern, encrypt it and post it here.

I, Dr. John Henry Holliday, announce the arrival of Anya Elara Xi. It was my honor to assist our own Dr. Jill Xi bring her daughter into the Med Force family at 1537 hours on this date, December 9, 833. The delivery went without any complications. As of a few minutes ago, Anya, all 6 lbs. 8 oz's of her, are doing fine and so is her Mother. I took the liberty of taking a picture for everyone. Dr. Xi will be on maternity leave for the next several weeks.
Congratulations, Jill, and welcome to the family, Anya.
