hm, unlawfull action. purchasing something on zoner base is not unlawfull, and carrying it to another zoner base is not unlawfull too... and for example blood diamonds. from perspective of rheinland goverment and military, carrying them is unlawfull action, but from perspective from liberty goverment and military, carrying them is not unlawfull, because they are used for supporting pirates against rheinland goverment, liberty enemy. so it is unlawfull or lawfull in general ? hm ?

Depends on whose space you are flying through and what your cargo is. Regardless, this isn't the thread for this debate, create one if you wish, I know I can't be bothered :D

I had no problem with the bounty, I have zoner chars and if we mobilized the zoner fleet we could take on any other faction, could have been interesting, being neutral does get a bit boring sometimes, the only combat as a zoner I have had recently has been against the keepers, and we all know how hard they are to kill, so bring back the bounty.

Another point that I read regarding Unioners. On FP2, they are allowed to land, fuel, get provisions and go. If you find the right rumors and read things, the Zoners sympathize with there cause but not their methods and asked them to take the criminal activities elsewhere. The same applies to the Xenos on the same base and Ames. It's not whining, it's a fact. You, Blunt, are cherry picking to build a false case because many lawfuls ALSO use those bases.

So, was asking for justification so wrong? I think not.

If my smuggler gets blown when there is a blanket bounty on all cardamine and slave runners, I don't bitching because I don't like it. When my Outcast gets blown up because of a blanket bounty, I don't got bitching because I don't like it.

Do Zoners do it? Yes, quite obviously you do.

I've said it before, inRP the Zoners are only meant to have a single warship for each Freeport. (Apart from the Corvo, can't remember if that is counted as a capital, but if it is, it's meant to be used to explore without fear of running into something big and bad in the system.)

Just put the bounty back up mate. It was your RP and as the Zoners have clearly stated, it isn't someone elses decision as to if you can do it or not.

Edit: Global from the way you've put it, cardamine/artifact smugglers can land on Manhattan without having to stop for the LPI/LSF/LN, because the Outcasts/Corsairs don't view either as unlawful.

I am a zoner. You may have seen me fly around Sirius. Well maybe not since you can fly in most places and not see anyone for days, but nevertheless I just want to understand what is going on. So here goes.

We have a gentleman who place bounties on ALL of us zoners and some of us got mad because he did not ask permission first? Is that right? And now zoners are saying he stomped all over the zoner RP?

Really? Since when does anyone need permission from the people he wants to place a bounty on? That really does not make sense to me. Actually, sounds quite stupid and out of the norm don't you think?

So when you go to the bounty board, did any of the people who placed the bounties actually get permission?

I have been pirated. I have died in every battle I have been in. I will be pirated again. I will also die many more horrible deaths. It is part of the game. Well, at least my part of the game. If zoners can be pirated can they not also have a bounty placed on their head?

I believe so and the person who does it does not need RP permission from those in which he is placing the bounty.

Don't say this has no correlation to the Unioner case, the Corsairs are clearly launching attacks out of Gran Canaria into Dublin, considering the obscene amount of Corsair NPCs in and around Omega-49, despite the fact that a Hessian - Corsair battleground is in the middle of the only route from Corsair space to Gran Canaria. So the Corsairs are fight Hessians, breaking through the blockade AND attacking Dublin from the deep Omega systems? I don't think so. Now I am not entirely sure by now just how well did the Bretonian government catch wind of this, but the moment they do the Bretonia - GC situation is going to be totally analogous to the Rheinland - FP2 debacle, with the only difference being the scale.

As for justification... neither of the Zoner bounties were endorsed by the Bretonian government in any way. What people graciously fail to notice is that QCP simply acted like unlawful mercs and took a bounty. How many in RP posts does the BAF need to make in order for you to realise that QCP actions at that moment were not endorsed? So for justification it's best if you turn to the original author of the bounty... as I remember the second one was posted for petty reasons, but reasons nonetheless. And for some people the money involved is reason enough.
