Short biography:
Born in a family of traders doing subcontracts for Gateway, being raised by relatives after a failed heist by Corsairs razed my parents freighter. It was only natural to join the Police Authority to pursue justice and make the Kingdom a better place. 6 years passed since, and I arrived at the conclusion that we're mostly dealing with petty pirates while their leaders are still at large. This is an endless cycle, unless we cut the head of the snake, but it's not the Police Authority who can do that, it's our Armed Forces. Henceforth, I'm willing to step up and join them. My motivation is not a vendetta against pirates, but the will to keep our people safe. I don't wish anyone to feel what I had.

Short biography: Thats short indeed. Born at Graves in Dublin, always helping out in the fields, getting some practice in piloting and gunning. Retreated to New London when the war began. I lost my family to the war, and to fill in the time I started the advanced Piloting School in New London. Now I am seeking to protect and fight what we stand for.

Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: It is the one way out. All I can offer you is my combat expertise and the mutual hatred for traitorous rats, I suppose. Do not worry about possible wrongdoing. The BIS made very clear that they're observing me closely.
Short biography:
Enlistment to the Gallic Navy in 818 A.S. following the news of full occupation of Edinburgh.
Deployment to Edinburgh in late 820 A.S.
Until 825 A.S., various deployments and transfers across fronts, including the breach into California, Liberty.
825 A.S. - Prisoner of War. Captured in the direct aftermath of the battle leading to the destruction of the HMS York.
825 A.S. - 830 A.S. - Imprisonment on New London following any eventual PoW exchanges falling flat.
830 A.S. - Prison sentence changed into "five years of service for the Crown", currently seeking for an employment with Bretonia's authorities in space as my repertoire of skills only includes spaceborne combat.

Bretonian citizenship is a condition for elisting into the Bretonian Armed Forces. Although you might be aware that POW-s were conscripted during the Gallic War, the war is long over and there is no more need for such irregular measures. Your application is hereby denied.
However, the Merchant Navy has much looser recruitment standards than the main fleet. You might have more luck with them.

Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: I was badly wounded after my last skirmish against the Corsairs. My wounds prevented me from fulfiling my duties and I was forced to retire. I spent the last 2 years recovering from my injuries, hoping that one day I will be able to join the ranks of BAF again.
Short biography: Not much to tell, I was born and bred on planet Leeds in 803 A.S. Lost me family to the war with Gallia and pirate raids. I used to babysit convoys with medical supplies during my freelancing days before I joined the Bretonian Armed Forces.

Any useful experience and qualifications: Completed basic flight and combat training in 823 A.S. I've been flying as an auxiliary officer for some years now. Before that, I graduated from one of Cambridge's many universities with a degree in mechanical engineering, with a specialization in spacecraft.
Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: To make a difference.
Short biography: Sarah was born on Sprague in Omega-3. Her parents were academics in every sense of the word. Sarah, however, was not. Constantly getting in trouble and finding academia hard to focus on, she needed more adventure in her life. She want to university to make her parents happy. She was able to study at her parent's alma mater and ended up studying engineering. This gave Kingston a reason to get to know and fly spacecraft. At the time, Bretonia was at war, and engineering students could be exceptionally useful at repairing and ensuring functionality of weaponry and snubcraft. One thing lead to another and Kingston shortly found herself enlisting for the auxiliary forces, too nervous to consider fighting on the front lines.
That soon changed. Sarah loved being behind the cockpit of her standard-issue Paladin, and routine patrols and sorties quickly turned into skirmishes with unlawful groups throughout House Space, and even the Omegas. After the war with Gallia concluded, Sarah continued to excel in her career, eventually fighting alongside Primary Fleet units in the field. Recognition grew quickly and she started to see her career turn up for the better. After a few years flying as an auxiliary pilot, Sarah now feels she's ready for a new challenge.

What is your ooRP reason for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces? I'd like to see more activity in BAF, as it's a legendary faction in Discovery's history. Being a snub-focused player as well as an active community member is something I think BAF would appreciate. I've also flown with and against many members in the past as indie, or unlawful, and it has always been enjoyable.

Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: To continue the family military tradition and to make a difference in keeping my Queen's kingdom safe.
Short biography: I was born on Leeds in 808 A.S. but my parents and I left after a disagreement with rest of my family. We settled on Cambridge so my parents could raise me and while I was an only child I did have cousin, Sojika Skoja, who was on New London by the time I was 18. My Cousin and the rest of our family had moved to New London to get away from the toxic air, however my parents stayed on Cambridge that way my father could enjoy the quiet and my mother could have her garden. My Father was in the BAF and retired after he finished his tour just as his father did before and his father's mother and so on. Military service runs in my family and it is rumored in my family that we are a direct line of decedents of the first recruits to Bretonian based soldiers, but it is only a rumor and can't confirmed due to my great-great grandmother losing the family book which had the first family heads that gave us our family name of Skoja.
