Why is it, that everyone always thinks the traders have to bend over all the time?
If the Devs finally gave them a chance to fight back or a better chance at fleeing (CMs for all trade ships for example) I'd understand some of the more harsh demands.
But I saw a pirate demanding 3 mio from a freighter just a short time ago.
That makes me wonder in what way that is anywhere near "fair" or "reasonable".
Even for a transports that's quite a lot. If I were on a pirate ship I'd still be demanding 500 credits per cargounit or something...Or freight demands. Or anything.
Pirates complain about pissed off traders who are unwilling to RP as they will only be shot at anyway, traders complain about pirates who are unwilling to RP as they always suspect the trader to be calling for help.
And the trader always has the shorter straw to pick.
' Wrote:Cut engines is not a demand, theorically you have to ask for credits or cargo, the ID states ( or stated) it
Once after stopping I was ordered to decide in 10 seconds, whether to die during escape attempt or die while fighting. That was neither credits, nor cargo. Is that an invalid demand then?
