Subject: Recent hostilities involving one of my men.
I have received a report of one of my men, Entity and one Harvester Unit fighting near Rochester. I would like a chance to speak with you about this and get to the bottom of it so that we can move forward. I have nothing but respect for the Congress, as they have always dealt with me fairly and respectfully. I am not happy that one of mine have made me have to come here for such a reason. Please contact me by Private Means at your conveneince. Thanks in advance.

Well as one who witnessed the incident, I'll be glad to tell you about it. There was indeed a Raven pilot who got into a dispute with a harvester outside of Rochester. He was asked to leave the area by the Harvester and he refused. So, I asked him to leave the area because I will not have fights outside a Junker base like this. He again refused and his ship was destroyed by the Harvester. He managed to get himself into another ship and screamed that he would not leave the area until all of his ordinance was returned to him. When told this was not possible he attacked both the Harvester and myself. Eventually we docked and he got tired and left.
First the bad news - my brother-in-law Clark was returned to Yanagi recently in an escape pod. It seems the lieutenant captain of the Chrysonavis staged some sort of coup. We have not been able to get in contact with it since. I am not sure what happened, but there is a 1,000,000 credit reward for information as to what happened.
As to the good news, the Oneiropolis III has recently been born! While the previous armored transport had been serving us well, it developed some structural problems that my brother (and chief engineer) Jack could not repair so we decided to scrap it and reevaluate the position of our business. Mr Alexandros put us in touch with the IMG, and we purchased a Mining Ship in perfect condition. My feeling is this will allow us to continue our work and be less suspicious than many alternatives.
Continuing the good news, because of all the recent changes, we have decided to expand ownership of the Oneiropolis and are in the process of finding more crew to buy-in. (You see, all who work on our ship are, in the Junker way, full owners, as well). I will continue to act as the Captain and Chief Accountant, but soon I shall introduce you all to our new partners.

You may or may not of heard the news, but our dear friend Matthew White died of a sudden heart attack yesterday morning. Sad news, I know, but according to the will he left behind, I am to receive his pirate train.
The good news is that I now own a pirate train! Yay! The train will be given a proper name. From henceforth, the ship will be called the .:j:.Silicon.Vulture. I hope you all enjoy having me as a trading partner.
For now, I need to figure out how to start this ship up. My co-pilot isn't helping me at all.
Now which button on the transceiver turns it off?
****Signal strength boosted to 400%**** Not that one, I guess.

'Ello men,
The name's Sterling Fawkes. I'm one'a yer wheelmen, hired outta Trafalgar. I havin' some trouble gettin' picked up by SCRA patrols. First was New London, the Cambridge Cavs game was 'bout to come on an' I was pickin' up a shipment a' the dark stuff so's we an' our guests could watch the game an' get right tanked.
The brazen fools gone an' picked me up right outside New London. I 'ad 'ta fight me way out. Fer the Cavs an' fer the beer, an' all 'at.
[attachmentid=5445]
Slept off the beers after the game. Next day I got dispatched 'ta go pick up one'a ours outta New Tokyo. Authorities had picked 'im up an' the IC took custody.
I tell ye what, this was s'posed 'ta be a routine assignment. Go in, pick up the nutter, an' get back out. Instead I got picked up by some Hogosha jock who in flaggin' me down, gives our position away to the SCRA, who jus' happen 'ta 'ave a patrol in system right then. 'E had no idea what the SCRA are about.
He went down fast once they arrived. I proved 'ta be the harder target. Another Hogosha arrived, this 'un in a gunboat. Took out one'a the SCRA, then went down 'ta the other two.
After then, it was a flippin' solid 40 minutes of glancing shots. Took some serious damage, mostly 'ta my systems.
Managed 'ta punch my way out an' got out after this.

So our boy is recouperatin' from an hour of hard evasive maneuvers at Yanagi an' I'm takin' some repairs. Several guns got blasted off an' life support started a slow leak, along with lots'a scorches on the armor. We got a nice setup 'ere, but there really ain't no place like home.
Now gents, I'm jus' a wheelman. I'm ex-Armed Forces, but this ain't exactly what I signed on for. This is where escorts come in 'andy, y'know?

Congressmen,
It appears that Mr. Fawkes troubles are only the beginning. My spies have advised me that the SCRA have been spending a great deal of time in combat training preparing for a big operation. Apparently they have just attacked the Zoners at Gran Canaria. I believe they once had some sort of working relationship with the Zoners but have now stabbed them in the back. This only helps to show the true character of the Coalition.
The Zoners are now in a state of emergency. The good news is that as the Zoners scramble their forces to deal with this, the Junker Congress may drop off the SCRA's radar for a while......but only a short while so stay on guard. The not so good news is that in response to the state of emergency, the Zoners have restricted acces to both the Omega 49 and Baffin systems. While commerce is not prohibited, they stress that you will be entering at your own risk. I highly suggest that all Congress vessels make contact with the Zoners occupying the system before you enter. Since we are also on the SCRA's KOS list, we are much less likely to be suspected of being Coalition spies, but the threat is still there so be careful.

1st. Lt. {SOB}Twiztid flying {SOB}BAAL
While flying in sig-13 after leaveing dock from yanagi base, I see a GMG|Marioka.Kyato. he is 8k away from me. I engage cruise and fly closer he sees me on scanner and turns to run. I get within 2k of him and engage coms with GMG scum on scanner engageing. I fire train disrupter it misses and i chase him into sig-19. He then returns to fly from me to Honsho. Then while i return to Yanagi Base feeling he will not return. He bring 2 other GMG pilots and they all come and attack me 2k from yanagi base i do not return fire until my sheilds were down. Trying to obey the law of the junkers. They continue to fire so i return fire but in the end they already had me. The three of them killed me and stated many times over coms that they do not care for any law because it does not bind them.
I made it back to yanagi with 2 gun camshots of it and me. This is 1st. Lt. {SOB}Twiztid signing out

Salutations;
The GMG will be addressed on this matter. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Keep in mind that Sigma-13 has eyes. Helgoland has the ALG, who are a Rheinland company and would take interest in the fact we trade goods and sell lodging to factions running counter to their interests. The GMG, as you have discovered, have an eye on Yanagi as well.
To put it bluntly: Loitering in the perimeter is bad for both of us. It makes our relationship conspicuous; which endangers not only the station but our whole trade operation as well. We Junkers can move your Cardamine to planetary markets, and set up stations in such convenient locations only because people remain unaware of the depth of our partnership. A Maltese warship in the station's perimeter only makes you easy to find, and brings our business relationship more spotlight than either of us would want.
Self-defense is also not forbidden. Surely the Outcasts, of all people, are aware that no law will protect someone when they're directly confronted with heavy firepower and an enemy force. Thank you for placing the lives of the Junkers and your fellow Outcasts aboard Yanagi above the safety of your craft, but logically you are entitled to try and save yourself. We will not bind you with red tape when your life is at stake.
I must in turn urge you to keep a distance away from Yanagi when not moored for resupply and repairs. As you have discovered, it is a landmark at which one is easily found. Being seen there is also dangerous for us both. I will be passing this request along to the Dons, and to... other parties who use Yanagi in turn. This will not be backed with force, but surely you see the logic in it for all.
I hope our salvage teams recovered all your crew alive, and did their job in the recovery of your crippled ship.

To all members of the Congress;
Our charter is being re-drawn as we speak. Recent developments brought to my attention by our agents, both of the Congress and those operating incognito throughout the colonies have made this a priority.
All I am able to say at this point is that we are entering a new era with new challenges and opportunities. With this new age we must re-assess our goals; a golden gate lies before us and all we must do is walk the road. I will ask for your continued support and hard work.
