Hmnn. There are a couple of other FL mods that I play in addition to Discovery that have a dynamic economy, which are eminently enjoyable to play. While I could understand the potential problems inherent in going this route, I believe it could add some interesting dynamics to the server. TBH, it gets a little old running into pirates camped inside a trade lane because they know which trade routes are the most profitable. Would be kind of fun to see them scramble for a change in order for them to find the right area in order to collect their tax, not to mention the lawful factions trying to intercept. RP alone would probably increase due to the circumstances.

I prefered jammi's way of picking one commodity/ore now and then. Or maybe have more event-based price changes. Like that time when IC Bonn in New Berlin got occupied by RM, by having the profit for Marines from Battleship Moselle to Battleship Strausberg heavily increased for a limited time. Fun times.
- This i would like to see. Maybe have it both for lawful and smuggling commods. Have one of each heavily increase for a few days to a week. Though, again, it would require someone active.
linking player rep to prices would be one script, not thousands. and seeing as the new id's effectively rephack you everytime you undock, the lag would be reduced.
