this is down to your computer handling, not your isp, you comps settings are blocking this site, not your isp

this site either by your internet options or your virus checker/malware checker whatever you use is blocking disco

what are your internet option settings, also check you virus/ malware prog settings

go to each and select reset to default

Man,if it was my computer's fault,I would be able to open this web-site from my friends' computers then... But the problem is those who use this internet service in my country are having problems with connecting with this site. Network staff said they cannot change anything..
