Issue is, it can't be implemented because it works by dealing 'positive' damage to ships. So, if your ship gets 'Overhealed', the game freaks out and blows up your ship.

According to this Starport page, reducing the maximum trade distance is possible.
If the trade distance is small enough (like 100-200m), adding additional code to make sitting still mandatory is not that needed.
There is the issue that some traders do not know the /givecash command (or pretend so) and insist on using the trade window. I definitely don't want to sit 100 meters from a battletransport in a bomber.

I thought it's clearly evident that expressing what I think or what I don't think is communicating personal opinion instead of being some "pseudo-universalistic style of debating", as you worded it, but it seems you have a thing for either misinterpreting what others write, or deliberately taking things out of context, as we all (read: anyone reading this thread) could so easily experience it from you just now.

Dude, I'm just returning fire. You lashed out at me for no apparent reason. You can keep that attitude and your constant targeting of players and groups out of your posts if you don't want people to fire back, just a suggestion. Your post didn't contribute with anything whatsoever on the topic. You might as well just have posted 'no' - in fact, that would have been better.
Set a close trade distance as well as remove bots from capitals bigger than GBs. Snub-Snub feeding helps team building so we wont have some aces and pvpwhores going around and killing everyone. The Cap-Snub botfeeding however is a big problem. Also setting a close distance trades wont stop cap-snub feeding since they will hug until they are fed.
Like narcotic proposed remove bots, but not from all ships. Remove the Bots from Capitalships bigger than gunboats.
