Nope, that's because [RHA] is dead once again(and hessian indies were never the force to be reckoned with). We'll come back in October(or maybe later)

No matter the outcome, I say you try to do this on a regular basis and maybe work with the leaders of the official factions to get even more involvement from their players.

Partially-because I don't have time to lead it as I should, cause of vacation and following begin of study. Partially, because good bunch of people lost their initial interest(your first month in faction is usually your most active one).
