If I am not mistaken, the Lane Hackers Storta was SRP'd just as the PLR's Liberty Dread was SRP'd. The Outcast Storta is a special case. As for your wish to fly a Liberty Rogue Scylla, It would be best Role Play wise to contact the LR or PLR and open discussion about your wish to fly one of the battleships. Technically, in LR Lore, there are only a small finite number that exist given that we, the LR (PLR in my case) do not have the assets to crank out the beasts like the more resourse heavy and funded Lib corps and military's.
My advice would be to send a comms post to the LR / PLR about your sishes. besides, this will ad to RP as well as possibly open more interesting things.
Just cause Hackers can hack does not mean the ones they hack wont come looking for blood once they find out what you've done. The hackers are long time allies of the Rogues.
