Yes, the escalation of your conflict with TAZ, that recently led to the Order being denied docking rights at the Freeports, by consequence don't allow us to dock on your stations because we broadcast a normal Zoner IFF. That makes our convoys virtually impossible to fulfill their objective.

OSI would like to keep the supplies going. Perhaps we could come to some solution to that problem. We would also like to "resume convoys at earliest convenience". When would that be?
