No, the cardamine smuggler reference was relating him to all the other people who attempt to use guard systems as shortcuts whent here is a much more appropriate route to their destination.

There is no reason to go through:
-alaska
-omicron minor
-omicron 100
-omicron major
and
-omicron 90
to get to alpha. Alaska is off limits to almost everyone, enforced by the LN/LSF. Omicron 100 is a guard system and, similarly to alaska, should not be used as a 'highway' across sirius.

If this guy wanted to get to omicron alpha, he could have easily gone through kusari, the sigma systems, or the tau systems and never had a problem. Instead, he chose to go through two of the most well-guarded systems in the game, expecting nobody to try and stop him - and then when he doesnt get his way and someone does attempt to stop him, he rants about rules in private chat trying to convict ORDER players for hindering his passage through the ORDER guard system.

Imma pretend i'm asleep and let this one go". I don't understand why you'd have to try and cruise disrupt him for the NPC's. You won't gain jack all, and he'll be pissed for maybe the rest of the day.
