And that warrants breaking your own rule and not handing out a warning before? Hypocrite. You either follow your own rules or you don't. There's no exceptions.
There was no process for implementing Rule 1.0 when you were banned. I suggested the process some time later to give players that viewed as problematic a chance to self correct. The Admins voted on said process, approved it, yet only one other Admin besides myself chose to implement it. In reality, the Admins were fine with it, if they didn't have to enforce it. Instead, they took the much easier route of simply laying the hammer down on people without warning.
There is no hypocrisy, sir. I do have to say it is interesting watching the conversion your attitude has taken recently from one of cursing admins, wishing their babies dead, to one of brown nosing the staff so hard it reminds us all of Xenon.
Considering that none of your previous 3 threads had any result I very much doubt this one with either
I guess you aren't the only one having even less and less faith in a proper response from the Administration Team in due time.
I wish there was a sarcasm button on the keyboard
Garret wasn't the best admin, but he wasn't the worst, but "Best and Worst" is a personal opinion and there is only a very small minority that has an issue with the bans themselves, most, like myself, have issue with how the process played out
However after a month, I can see nothing has changed, it hasn't effected the ingame environment, and my RP will continue. Thats probably because I don't feel this need to toe the rules taunting the admin team.
Honestly nothing has changed (and will not change, most likely) and I'm waiting for Congress/Zoners to do something that causes a drama heap so I can have something besides banhammer tears fueling my Whale

This is the main reason I disliked you as an Admin, you always feel the need to compare players you disliked to "the most hated server item/person/thing"
Now its Xenon, it used to be Congress
I'm glad you can't have your bias affect the Admin team anymore
No Bob, it's just with you.
Waving your flag of superior neutrality and wisdom, whilst in other threads running around calling people worthless, making propositions how to improve the place at the same time.
Also nice you call it "brown-nosing" and comparing me to Xenon, just for not agreeing with you. And who's "us" anyways? You and your two imaginary friends and make you keep posting such threads? Way to go.
You know good enough how to place yourself in a good light, but you've always carried a great bias with you, especially when things didn't go your way.
Rather funny that you've left the team, wouldn't you think?
You had your chance as an Admin, several times. Get over it.
By the way, calling out the staff in thread-titles gets your thread instant-locked in basically any other MMO.

The size of that "minority" is unclear, hardly small, else we wouldn't have multiple threads around drama rivalling Zoner and Junker dramas. That the loss of those players hasn't affected the ingame environment is also debatable, sure, they didn't cover the entirety of Sirius and/or Gallia, their playground didn't overlap too much with mine or apparently yours, so that's probably why neither of us felt the consequences. That doesn't mean there weren't any though, that doesn't mean those banned players, some more than others, have not had their significant and positive impact, nor does their loss. It seems one of many differences between the two of us is that I realize the game doesn't revolve around me and that there are people and places outside my playground.

How is the mod we all play here any different to any F2P game out there? You don't pay for anything (besides the community donations for the server, but it's your choice if you want to spare a coin or not). The staff is obliged to keep the server stable and running. There's a dev-department for content.
The only difference is that, contrary to those MMOs, the staff here doesn't get paid. Though that's unimportant to the argument.
There should be standards, and those shouldn't be violated.
In all F2P games people may face the same treatment as here, but there you're not provided evidence even. You're not given a chance to appeal. You're out means you're out. All this discussions and arguments here is a privilege. If you don't feel your voice is heard enough and that ruins your fun with the game, by all means, leave. You'd do so with any other game, just there you can't even really argue over situations unlike here and expect the people in charge seriously reading through most of the rants. And if it's constructive threads, it's unlikely they get answered. You'll see with the coming patches if the staff considered anything of what was said on the forums.
No offense, but sometimes some members (and after a while the inevitable flock that follows) need to stop acting like spoiled brats.
And yes, I've just said that.

The difference is the community structure and style. Being F2P doesn't really matter when the game needs to be bought in order to be played, unless you torrent it. The community is small and most MMOs are geared to operate to a larger playerbase.
