Regardless if it was a real admin or not, you should report who ever did that. Admins can't know everything that goes on, and they can't know everything another admin says.
Also keep in mind that even if every person who insults someone is immediately banned for ever, new people will come, and insults are very widespread on the internet.
But if the same person keeps doing the same violation and admins never even tell him to stop, that really becomes a problem.

Yea i know but sometimes they are rude to me when i post them that somebody insulting me or something someday i will P** and i will tell them everything i dont care, i dont get admins come and tell you to p** off
I can't imagine this happened like this. We have currently five Admins. Clavius, Skorak, St.Denis, Tunicle and Alley (to whatever degree) and none of them treats people like shit. All four of them are very considerate about their behavior, and Alley usually has a good reason when not being considerate.

Report him, even if he was administrator, no one is above the law.
i already done that, but other admin come and say " He is administrator i can't ban him" where is logic there???? o,O
Well, in that case, mater is closed, administrators will solve that thing among them self and make things right or will not, in any case nothing we can do except good old fashion revolution.
