You must specify what ship you will be using in your SRP, but as an ID line it would just be clutter.

-Can attack Order and GRN anywhere.
-Can attack Wild, Nomad, and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment anywhere.

Maybe you can combine the above lines. They are basicly the same line with different factions:
- Can attack Order, GRN, Wild, Nomad, and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment anywhere.

Also that are alot of rep changes. Do all of them need editing on your current rep list?
Note that an Spec Ops ID has no rephacks. The admin will change them, but they won't be fixed like faction IDs.
I made that error myself. Never shoot NPCs when carrying a spec ops ID.

The vessel carrying this ID is the CS Abdicant Seraphine, a Ex-Zoner ship, which:

-Can attack Kusari State Police, Kusari Naval Forces, Kishiro Technologies vessels within Kusari.
-Can attack ships that are hostile to her crew or in defense of allies of the Seraphine and her crew.
-Can defend installations allied to the Seraphine and her crew.
-Can attack Order, GRN, Wild, Nomad, and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment anywhere.
-Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
-Cannot dock on Valravn Citadel as per in-RP docking restrictions.

Presumably, you are intelligent enough to self-regulate on that front, and it sounds pretty needless to restrict yourself from docking on exactly one station. Especially considering that from the way it's written, you can completely waive the "docking in House space" issue because it's not explicitly written into your ID.

Okay, so, We'll be getting a two new Characters added to the roster in the coming weeks:

Mei Ayasato - Blood Dragons (Original Character by OttoOtteist)

I've been talking with the person who plays Mei behind the scenes, and after much discussion about it, got their approval to maintain Mei on his behalf. The reason being that, and I quote:

With Written consent from her creator, I will soon be adopting and writing up logs for Mei, once I have done sufficient research into the her connections and what she was doing at the time of Otto's departure. I have a synopsis and guidelines from Otto about how to play her, and I will try to play her by these guidelines as to make the transition from him to me as seamless as can be for those interests in the character. For the time being she will be a Indie BD Character, however, depending on how things go with her, I may or may not keep her as a BD Character.

All in All, I wish Otto the best, and Hope to keep Mei going under my care.



Rear Admiral Andrew Struikas - Liberty Navy 19th Independent Flotilla

A LIbertonian Firebrand, Rear Admiral Struikas and his XO, Sarrah Cosgrove, make up the composition of the LNS Elsmere (Liberty Navy Hull Designation DDG-7702), Stationed at Norfolk Shipyard as part of the 19th Independent Flotilla, a small reserve fleet that handles both domestic and foreign duties. Stalwart in his beliefs and focused on a brighter future for Liberty, Andrew originated from New Covington in the Northern parts of the main continent of Manhattan.

More details will come when I release both of their Full bios in the future, possibly within a month.

Also, for those of you wondering, I will be pursuing my SRP ID for Seraphine upon the completion of my latest story, and also be cataloging all of the comms and stories my characters are a part of, as well as those they are mentioned in, to provide a full perspective of the characters and their impact on the world. If you have written about any of these characters in logs or communications to other people, please respond here and I'll add them to the table once I have it set up.


Also, It's nearing my 3rd year (And 22nd Birthday as well) of RP in Freelancer Discovery, and I want to personally thank everyone I've encountered for the support and help I've gotten, as well as to the guys I've managed to have such great memories with, both in and out of RP. Here's hoping with new things coming, such as Ouroboros, and additional characters to spread my wings with, that this 3rd year will be better than the last two.

Okay, so just a heads up.

The faction I'm starting up will be up fully on the forums as soon as a SRP ID is obtained for the Seraphine. This is because I need to make sure that the ship can act as a factional ship and have its' seperate ID from the other Ouroboros vessels which will use a bog standard FL ID until officialdom is requested around November or December - if we can get enough peeps to join and can get us up to officialdom.

Just thought I'd make that clear for the community and Admins so they're aware as to why a Zoner ID'd Aquilon right now shares a Faction tag with a bunch of Freelancer ID'd ships.

Change of plans. As soon as I have Seraphine at Vierques, the faction will be formed. Due to my virulent disapproval of the change to carriers, I have decided to outright skip the SRP process and move ahead with the Refit, meaning that Seraphine will be directly becoming a Custom SRP ship, rather than transitioning from a SRP ID'd Ship to a custom ship.

I'm not going to accept responses trying to appeal to me that Drones are anything short of crap. I'm doing this for your good because I'm set in my ways about this.

I'll be acquiring a Bustard soon and hopefully some codenames to supplant the pitiful defensive measures that ship has (By the way, the bustard desperately needs a firing arc buff last time I tried it out in SP).
