While anger is a suitable combat motivation, I don't think it has a place within this communication, largely due to the fact that His Watchful Eye never delivers threats, only promises. Your party has no scope of blame for the incident regarding the attack on the Freeport, or the more worrying alliance of convenience between the Corsairs and our "friends" in the Order. Of the two parties in question here, I don't find yours among them, do not jump to conclusions, our arsenals are both expansive, but are better purposed at shooting filth than one another, we both clearly agree on this otherwise we would have been at odds with one another in Omega-3, rather than focused on the Cretan and his allies.
Should His Watchful Eye, or HWE for convenience, need more information, I'll be in touch. Needless to say that if you find more connected.. evidence along the lines of this subject, we'll be more than willing to see it.

I hate to interrupt your investigation, I know it's important, but I've got something else that's equally important. There's a threat of Nomad-involved attack on the Freeport again, and it involves the use of a NEMP.
I come to you bearing concerning news. As reported in the AO to Venator Stacker last night, Freeport 11 is facing threat of thermonuclear attack from the Commune.
According to my first hand observations, as well as a statement made to the CoF by Voncloud regarding it, of which I am privy to, thanks to my initimate relationship with Administrator Hanamura - This is the situation at hand:
- Following a skirmish with Nomad entities that backfired, Voncloud was approached by Commune elements backed by Slomon K'hara entities, most likely Vagrant-types.
- Jared Nomak was in attendance, and proceeded to offer Voncloud nomad support to Freeport 11 if they were to disavow alignment with Auxesia and Core.
- Held at proverbial and even literal gunpoint, Jerard told Nomak that they would need time. Nomak permitted this, allowing him to alert the CoF to the situation at hand.

I'm not sure how versed you are when it comes to the political situation of the Omicrons, but that Freeport is in a tight spot that just keeps getting tighter. With the Freeport still recovering from the recent attack by The Order, they're not expecting to get any help from them anytime soon aside from the few anti-Overwatch ships that have been loitering around.
The Core have the place locked down. We've all fought them together before and know full well what they're capable of, but right now they're not a problem. Confronting the Core will just put more pressure on civilian elements in the area and further destabilize the system as The Core will increase their presence to compensate. An empire like that is much easier to fight from the inside than it is head on.
So with this in mind, maybe now would be a good time to see how well we work together again. We've got Nomad Cultists, Nomads themselves, and NEMPs to deal with. Those civilians need your assistance just like how they're requesting ours, and without a proper force to counter this there isn't much of a chance.
Show the Zoners that The Coalition won't abandon them like The Order has.

I find it concerning that our supposed ally in the order is never vocal about matters such as these, but instead chooses to isolate itself.
While I prepare to move, please provide me with an analysis in regards to the composition of any forces that are mutually hostile to us within the relevant region around the Freeport, I have scarcely operated in the Omicrons.

A contact of ours, a part of the Freeport Defense Force and someone who stood up against The Overwatch when they attacked made me aware that inner turmoil is brewing within their ranks. They had reached out over a secure network with the attached transmission detailing a call to existing Order groups and agents to turn against The Overwatch.
So, chalk up the forming of a civil war on that investigation.
