May I remind you Dab that you're the one who was saying that he makes 70 mil in an hour??? And you said that several times - on the forum!
I'm still for the idea to add a commodity like the Name Change Certificate, say 'Faction Tag Request', make it cost approx 50-100 missions for the faction in question so, an Outcast/Corsair tag request would cost the 50mil and a Liberty Rogue tag request would cost a lot less, like 50-100k or so. Here-s the RP 'work for it' imho.
The best would be to make the reps system work as it should and get a tag just by RPing as your chosen faction would, but it doesn't work as it should - so...

2) where in the forums does it state you have to buy the tag to get in
and 3) This is the most ridiculous thing I've read on the forums as of late.
Now as for the Tag thing that Angel posted about..
$15 mil is for role play purposes. Yes, it's a little high, and that's cause of the ammount of crap we have to go through to edit your character MANUALLY. That's what its all about. I don't know who's using that just to get yourt faction tag fixed like that, and it's an insanely stupid concept.
as Igiss stated in that thread, that options hould be a *LAST RESORT* should you be aunable to acquire the tag using ordinary means (trading for them, doing missions, whatever).
I think a lot of people are failing to realize what that Faction Tag thread Angel created really was for. it is for:
a) 100% Role Play
b) not for clans/factions to use for membership
c) Last-resort should you be unable for whatever reason to gain the tag you're looking for
and finally
d) COMPLETELY at server admin purview.
Admins cannot use this to determine access to a clan or not. Bs| Does not use this. AW does not use this
I sure as hell hope whoever's running this Outcast Clique (even though I have one character in it) is not making use of this as a "membership subscription" kind of thing.

Wolf, we already had the tags when the [GoR] was conceived,
a) 5 players 100% RPing as Outcasts, don't worry
b) not a clan or faction - name [GoR] was to differentiate ourselves from the others that wanted tags and NOT RPing properly
c) the tags done that way are the only way as by normal play you can't get a tag for some reason, no idea why, only thing I didn't try is reaching level 99 with a Sabre
d) of course, no one says otherwise.
and it is not making use of this as a "membership subscription" kind of thing.
I think we all kinda running it... the Outcasts I mean...

Nightfall, that was when I used the New Berlin -> Yanagi route, which I don't use anymore. I now make with my FP9 -> Battleship Nagumo route about 3-4 mil a run. FP9 all the way to the other side of Kyushu and back again through the Tau systems.
Also, Wolfpack, they ARE saying you must use the tag to post in the outcast thread they made, as well as to be in the GoR or whatever its called.

That's what I wanted to hear, you did that. I do an Outcast smuggling route I found... Junkers involved, occasionaly I go Cambridge - Kurile... FP11 - Honshu... depends what I'm in the mood for.

If you'd read the whole title of the thread it says 'clique' and no one said you have to be [GoR].
Stop being a baby :P

That Outcast message dump is for the [GoR] which wasnt named the GoR at thetime, its no different to any other dump, its for members only. i defined members by people with tags, because members of other Factions allied to the outcasts who have their factions tag may post there aswell.

Heh.. seems some others made it look the other way. My apologies, nightfall.
However, I wanna make something VERY clear.
Do *NOT* require the $15 mil price tag for a ID. That's like a subscription fee and rips people off :) This is aimed at *ALL* players in reality

Option C: This is my reasoning. I have spent the last month of my being here trying to find a way to get my characters fully tagged with the Corsairs, not a single one of them is able to maintain it... it seems that after the initial two bribes you can *no longer gain reputation*. This is a problem, and a big one in my opinion. Which is why I honestly don't think we should be charged *PER TAG* it needs to be one FLAT RATE per account. That is why this is completely ludicrous.
*every* single one of my characters (aside from 1 trader on a different account) on my two main accounts has a Corsair ID & a corsair rep including my trader, who I RP as a Corsair smuggler who takes artifacts in to manhattan to help raise money to feed the corsair homeworld. Now, if the price was $50 Million *Per Account* that would be VERY Acceptable, as it stands now, if you RP all the characters on your account, you get screwed. I'm fine with paying for the RP Tag, but not at 15 Million per character. It's outragous.
So my opinion is: $50 Million Per Account, Same Tag Only (IE, that account can only be tagged as Corsair in my case)
Hoodlum, my signature was not meant to be replied to, especially not in a thread that is not related what-so-ever, which is why it is in my signature, and not a thread.
Now as for my attitude, yeah I can get peeved, but the only reason I became hostile to anyone is because:
A: They flamed me for my opinion
B: They assume that I think the community doesn't work here.

That is the kind of behaviour that has made me hostile, instead of retaliating with hostilities, I decided to go for an alternative, my signature. Now please cease your flaming of me.
