This is troubling news indeed. However I do have some positive news to share with you. The Gen'an Sisterhood contacted the Legacy of Orillion and they confirmed that they have nothing to do with this incident and will not involve themselves with this conflict.
Therefore we will treat the Legacy of Orillion as neutral entities and we will not interfere with their anti-alien operations in Kusari. We will only hold the Overwatch responsible for any escalations that they might bring to this conflict in the future.
With the shogunate we agreed that the Overwatch will not be engaged in systems where they serve the interests of the Blood Dragons. These are Chugoku, Tohoku and Nagano. When the Order Overwatch is found outside of those systems without Blood Dragon escort, we will view that as a provocation, especially in systems where the Gen'an GC presence is high, like in Shikoku, Hokkaido and Kyushu.
