"The orange fish?" - stood up de Motti, then walked up to the aquarium and his glance slid down to the fish Priestess talked about, - "It's a gift from my friend back on Honshu. He comes from a bloodline of fishermen. I met him on Newport Station when was travelling across Sirius almost ten years ago. He decided to join our crew, he became the cook we've longed for. Altogether we've had a good journey that has taken place long before the Gallic War. Most of us decided to get back home right after that. This is how our journey came to an end." - he signed, - "I've been very jealous to my older brother Daniel back then, and that was my little rebellion to draw parents' attention to me. I was much more foolish thereat, you know." - he smiled, - "He has helped me to understand that what I was doing is wrong. He was a good friend of mine."
His gaze pulled back to the fish for a moment, and then he started talking again:
"Now Akira is living on Honshu with his wife and family and attends to the fishery as his ancestors did."
After a short pause, he walked back to the sofa and sat down opposite to Matriarch.
"You are right, honourable Priestess. The shipyard will be useful for both of us." - he looked on Kiku first and then turned to the Matriarch, - "Our men will help with the shipyard. Also, our logistics division is ready to assist you with resources for the shipyard."
The Matriarch also looked at the orange fish and then at Kiku's fixated gaze.
"Eh, Kiku-san, you seem very fascinated with that fish. Perhaps we should task one of the Sisters to acquire some for in the shrines. Honshu, will likely have more of them."
She then turned back to de Motti
"Right now Kinkaku-ji's structure is largely occupied with the shrine to Amaterasu and lady Matsuda. This section will remain intact during the construction. It will be its inner core and the most sacred of our places. I want to increase its structural integrity by reinforcing its walls incase of an outer hull breach.
Furthermore on the floor above it, we have an operational factory for our bomber and fightercraft, It will need to be expanded to be able to support the construction parts and sections for gunboat and capital class vessels.
On the outside we will need a drydock where capital class vessels and large transports can undergo construction and maintenance.
But before this we need to increase its defense and logistics capacity. The station's outer hull needs to be reinforced. We need more defensive turrets. Our engineers need education on the maintenance of large vessels and how to operate the new machinery. Extra livingspace need to be construction to support the sizable crew for this shipyard and I want to add a new section for allied diplomats visiting the station."

The priestess was listening to de Motti's story, it was fascinating how a simple story of one orange fish could develop story even further to friendships and relations. "So that is the story of orange fish swimming in the aquarium on Estremadura. Interesting." Kiku nodded and also moved back to the table, then she sat down on the sofa. "The fish is the least concerning problem we are facing at these dire times. The final stage of construction of the shrine should be paused until the security is more than excellent. I don't want to risk the lives of the followers, it's not my style. And the only way how to fasten upgrade of security is to concentrate on it with all the resources and focus. The shrine can wait, without security there won't be the shrine." Kiku said in quiet tone, carefully looking at Matriarch's facial expression.
"You will not mind taking as a gift some fishes for Amaterasu's shrine?" - Antonio smiled to them, but then turned back on a serious tone, - "We all understand the building a large station, not a good idea. Scanners of the Naval fleet may detect a signature of a large object, even if it located in the dense nebula clouds of Shikoku."
"You want to enhance station armour and its defence." - he was talking more to himself than to women at the room, - "Habitant sector, shipyard, expanding of fighter facility..."
"It's all will need some big cash to be invested into the project at all." - Antonio has turned to Matriarch, - "We are to calculate a required for the project amount of recourses and cash before we start the project itself."
Aya looked at Kiku, before turning back to de Motti
"Indeed we would. I was thinking to make this a two stage project. Like Kiku already mentioned, without proper defenses, there won't be a base. So the first stage would be the reinforcement of the inner hull around the shrine sector and the outer hull around the station in its entirety.
We might need to use a stronger alloy or double wall them. However, the recent siege on Kinkaku-ji and the resulting scrapyard gave us alot of resources to use. We have started salvaging these materials for use on the the station. It at least gives us the materials to construct additional weapon platforms
Stage 2 will be the actual expanding of the base and the construction of the shipyard facilities."
She started writing stuff down on a piece of paper, making a diagram.
"Lets start with stage 1. The sisterhood can at least cover 50% of the costs using the free resources of the Tokugawa graveyard around the station. It has enough resources to construct the weapon platforms. To reinforce the inner and outer hull, we need a better understanding of the metallurgy, meaning that we are unsure what alloy or constructure would best improve its integrity.
Stage 2 would be more complicated, but I think the resources drifting around the station would help cut costs there aswell. Lets go with a favourable number of 20% and 10% at worst. meaning it would cut our material costs between 10% or 20%."
"Our engineers could analyse the base and scrapyard around it to find the best solution for armouring." - he answered and quickly look at the paper, - "Besides, Maltese facilities are producing ablative armour platings. I suppose they can be used for hull reinforcement. If your mind of our analysis, of course."
"Your engineers are welcome on Kinkaku-ji and I will look forward to their report on the possible solutions regarding the improvement of the base defenses" She too looked at the paper she gave him.
"Armor plating for the station exteriour seems like a possible upgrade to the overal defensibilty of it. The inner hull around the shrine needs to get a structural upgrade, likely a more durable alloy will be necessary there. But I will let your engineers analyse it first."
"Perhaps, you could discuss this all with one of our engineers. I can make a call to Senor Barbero, - he is our candidate for a new Chief Engineer rank and he will talk with you over the cup of best Bretonia tea we got recently if you want, of course," - de Motti with an interest has looked on Matriarch in expect of her reaction.
Meanwhile, he thought: the possible profit the corporation may get from that was high, but also this could bring on Chrysanthemums less dependance from Malta and Cartel as well. He needed to think before about this all, but he already agreed. Antonio had no doubt in Matriarch's, but the lowest ranks of Cell could start to think they can survive without support from the side if they will have a shipyard. He decided to talk about this with Don Hernan after the meeting with Gen'an Matriarch and her delegation.
"I will be delighted to meet senor Barbero under a fresh cup of Bretonian tea." She looked over at Kiku, who is still looking at the fish in the aquarium.
"I will likely have to get her an aquarium aswell. Our expenses are already increasing" She pointed at Kiku and smiled behind her mask
"Richiedo permesso d'atterraggio, passo…" - the hangar docking hatch started to open again, and another ship moved in. "Fields, stable, ground crew ready, enjoy your stay commander".
Roberto came out of his Mender - "Per favore, replace the rear turret, it's not linked to the HUD again. Grazie" - said to a technician. Then he followed the way up to his room.
A small, clean place, with the necessary. Helmet and suit removed, more comfortable clothes, jeans, sweater and jacket and he was ready to go.
He stepped in the bar, "Un bicchiere d'acqua, grazie" - and the Bartender smiled, "Just water?".
Then he headed to the meeting room. 3 knocks on the door. "Permesso?" "Ciao Antonio, i've received your call and I came here as soon as I could." and then looking towards the visitors, "Benvenuti, nice to meet you", with a small bow.
Once sat down, he asked "So, how may I help you?"
