4. Why are these changes necessary?
These changes are not necessary for the continuation of the character's roleplay, they just make it more comfortable to roleplay said character. To elaborate, TFA was a project I started to spur more activity within 5th and hopefully get people to log with me. The ooRP motive made sense and it was what started this entire task force while the in-RP motive was later decided to be the Admiralty realizing that the Akhetaten is an important ship and a worthy-enough ship to receive her own task force that was meant to constantly guard and escort the ship in her journeys.
Unfortunately that never was the case. Ever since the creation of TFA, roleplaying the Akhetaten became awkward as in-RP the ship was supposed to always have half a battlegroup's worth of ships following her, something that was never the case in-game. Looking back, it was a terrible idea that only lead to a lot of in-RP claims that could never be represented by in-game actions, making every interaction on that character worse.

Name changed from 5th|LNX-Akhetaten to 46th|LNX-Akhetaten (effectively just a tag change).
ID changed from 5th| to 46th| along with changes made so the ship can be at 100% power-core on that ID.
4. Why are these changes necessary?
The Akhetaten is an Osiris-class ship that has served the Libertonian armed forces for many years and her officers have developed a very deep understanding of how to properly operate an Osiris-class vessel after all of this time, something that Liberty Navy Academies cannot provide to officers due to the Osiris-class not being part of Liberty's main fleet.
Due to the most recent project, named Anchorage, started by the 46th Fleet, the Akhetaten's CO, Maria Uhmen, has deemed it profitable for both the Akhetaten and the Libertonian Navy for the warship to transfer over to the 46th Fleet from the 5th Fleet in an attempt for the ship's crew to more closely overwatch Project Anchorage's progress and directly help in the training of new Navy Officers destined to serve on the newly-built Anchorage.
With both the Akhetaten and the Anchorage being part of the 46th Fleet the Libertonian armed forces will hopefully acquire a better and deeper grasp on the strengths and weaknesses of the Osiris-class warship and be able to more effectively benefit from the usage of such vessels in the battlefield and outside of it.

I'd like to have the ability to freely swap between weapons that the Akhetaten has already had equipped in the past.
4. Why are these changes necessary?
They're necessary so that I can go back-and-forth between loadout changes that have already gotten accepted by the staff without needing to go through the entire time-consuming - both on my end and the staff's end - process of SRP change requests each time.

There is nothing specific I can link here. However it is wise to consider the Akhetaten's status as a recognized vessel of the Liberty Navy as relevant roleplay fact for this. With easy access to shipyards for repairs and refitting, it only makes sense to be able to equip different weaponry with relative ease.
