This smuggler has escaped me Star.Way. He did stop but right next to the mooring station at Manhatten before taunting me then docking after I told him to move away from the planet and he also tried to bribe me, as you will see in my logs.

Today we have come across GC-Mizu.Nezumi with Shigeakiki. The Spectre pilot got caught off guard so Raptors had to step in and take her down, take the Shigeakiki. When we were trying to get to Radford however our vessels were disabled by a minefield malfunction.

Well I must say starting off a new shift and what do I confront a smuggler as usual, BUT this smuggler must have got the shock of his life when VANGUARD turned up and he planet dived his ship out of control into the planet surface of Manhatten, I do hope he ejected his escape pod, and also I hope there are no casualties planetside.

If he is still breathing, we will have another chance at catching him.

Admiral,

First of all there was a Bundscuh vessel in California and I requested assistance from 46th|Alpha-82 who gladly came to verify the vessel should not have been in Liberty so he was escorted out until the Hudson Jump Gate, his callsign was -- "Civil,Servant" --

NO further action was taken.

Second encounter was a Cryer vessel who had smuggling commodities and myself 1st|Raptor-3 and 1st|Raptor-5 cornered the vessel at West Point.
Logs are supplied and the evidence was destroyed.

Then Admiral we were returning to Manhatten when some Outcasts turned up so we moved rapidly to the defenses of Manhatten and asked for support, but unfortunately there were no available assets in the area, and as you very well know Raptors have been ordered not to engage combat and concentrate on their Law breaking jobs.

And something interesting in the file aswell highlighted, while we were being chased 1st|Raptor-5 tried to aprehend a smuggler but he decided to suicide into Manhatten. What are these smugglers thinking about thats the second one today.

we have encountered Zaba2506 freelancer, packing Caradmine! After a very long battle we have taken the armored transport down - Raptor-7 struck the final blow. The 3000 units of Cardamine were then delivered to Denver as evidence.

Admiral,

It appears our enemies within Liberty have taken to making it hard for us Admiral, and me and Raptor-7 made good our efforts to just gather evidence. MNS-Calibre was shooting at Transports and destroying them, and we kept a safe distance and somehow some other individuals had hacked the emergency channel to try and lure us away from our objective.

Myself and Raptor-7 returned safely to dock, and I hastily came to my console to file this report.

we need to be extra careful now because it seems these unlawfuls have cloak technology and will use it to try and bait my Raptors into combat.

I will be contacting SHOCKWAVE from the Spectre squad, and will have extensive talks about how we can counter this possible threat, and I would not be surprised if we eventually get mass cloaked ships suddenly appearing from nowhere to attack.

Admiral,

Myself and our new Raptor .. 1st|Raptor-11 proceeded on patrol missions within New York, Pennsylvania, California and Alaska and on to Virginia.

Nothing really to report on the patrol Admiral, it was rather quiet for a change and it seems the smugglers are either being smart or just not turning up now. Raptors will be alerted about how these individuals are trying to fight back at our new cloaking technology.

May I also suggest Admiral that we can acquire some funding for heavier vessels for the Raptors, which might help us in our quest against these smugglers. I will tender my proposal to you personally within the coming hours, to see what we could physically use as heavier support.
