But yeah, it could be given to bretonia or rheinland or whoever. Zoners and IMG are used to dump ship ideas on and it doesn't really make the most sense at all.

There are plenty of ships this could replace IMHO. I think the non-vanilla civ line in Sirrius could use some improvements here and there. But yeah, looks great.
