Alliance ships should muster near Darmstadt in Stuttgart. LWB ships should muster near the Cruiser Schwarzwald in Cologne. A console message will let you know when the convoy begins moving.

Due to a heavy numbers disparity, Alliance ships will have instant respawn, and can be beamed directly to the event transport. If circumstances change, this will be announced by console message.
