I rather not get into trouble with the Rheinland Government if there would have been an issue with the arrival of the payment. On the topic of that "issue" caused by your superiors; My condolences. The whip has two ends, maybe you should consider and use this old saying.
Regarding moving Basic Alloy, I require details, namely the destination and the amount in question. If this is only regarding a one-time bulk you and I will be able to work something out relatively quick, for regular supply it will be a bit more complicated but not impossible.
