Someone up there said something about there being too little Outcast NPCs in the Taus who get outnumbered by hostile ones. My previous post was a response to that.

And anyways, actually, I can attest to many times where I was simply outraped by Outcast Sabres in Omicron Alpha.
It's very much enough that I have only 4 of them while fighting someone, and I have absolutely no hope of winning, except if I squeeze in a lucky razor or mine.
Why should it not stay that way?
It's rather well defended already, the only thing that lacks is NPC spawning because of big player numbers.

As for bomber NPCs in Alpha, well for what it's worth, I have nothing against that.
But by the same logic, they should be placed in Omicron Gamma as well.
That way neither side could hope to bring capital ships to either guy's territory.

If everyone wants that, go for it.

I think bomber NPC's in a small radius around the home planets is fair.

Enemy capital ships shouldn't be able to just march up to the enemy's homeworld.

Park near Ibiza, that's where the OC NPC Stortas hang out.

Also, remember to select the ships filter for your scanner to see friendly NPCs.

Well, seeing as I have been around the last days in Alpha, there are really lesser NPC's around as in 4.84.
There are like NO NPC's around, some Sabres in Malta orbit or a Sabre here and there. But where have all the Destroyers gone?
That there is not that Destroyer spam as in 4.84 is okay, but none at all? (even when there are just 70 to 110 players online Alpha is nearly NPC-empty).
At top times there are more Freelancers or Hunter-NPC's in Alpha as Outcasts. (why not spawn OC patrols instead?)

Would be nice to see some patrols again, just add, here and there to the Sabre patrol an Destroyer.
And if not Destroyer then please Tridente-patrols.

//edit: @Boss:
I have a character parked at Ibiza station and have rarely seen there any NPC's, and those I have seen havent been Destroyers, just Sabres.

I think that the three bounty hunters attacking Malta every 2 minutes are rather ridiculous. Destroyers cannot be found in Malta orbit but rather near Ibiza and the other planets, yes.

There are more bounty hunter patrols in Alpha than destroyer patrols.

I'd like to see a few Falcatas around Malta.

Lets just take a few OCs out of the Taus and put them into Malta.
I was in Vespucci with my new Hacker today. And when i jumped into it i got BAM 2 Patrouls right into my face.
Bombers, Gunboats and Fighters.

Also, is there any reasons why there are Corsair Battleships in Eta and no Outcast Battleships?

Note: I had big eyes when i was on the server after i crash I saw 3, yes 3 Sabres near Valetta. Seriously. There are way too less Outcast NPCs around Malta. Malta is our home. And our Cardamine source. It really needs more security. Not only by players. We need NPCs.

I think i must have been really unlucky then because the other day when there was a raid on alpha there were so many npcs i couldnt even keep my shield up, literally 10 sabres on my butt. I think they show up more when there are enemies around. Either that or cos we are there they just dont go away.

I expect if that is the case then same applies for BH patrols.

On a side note, maybe the reason so many patrols in Vespucci is that it is in fact a guard system, alpha on the other hand.. is not.

You may not have noticed, but the Liberty spawns don't really count. A full three spawns of your average Liberty NPC (12 Patriots, I believe?) tickles about as much as a single player one, even with their missilespam. Cap Ship patrols are another matter, seeing as they're big, slow, only spawn directly around bases/planets where intelligent pirates shouldn't be anyway, and won't chase you much further than a few klicks.

However, the Corsairs have near infinite Titan patrols while the Outcasts have hardly any Sabres, I don't see why numbers can't be equal. Maybe you could get a few bomber spawns localised around planets like the caps, but after experiencing Gallia I think they'd probably scare everyone-bar-Outcasts out of Alpha if they had free reign of the system.

For the Core.
