anyways, lancer, what you are thinking of would not be used by anyone. given that the damage to energy usage to refire rate would need to be low, or it would replace morters.
It might actually take some strategy for cap fights other than idiots swerving and engine-killing, totally taking out the dramatic broadsiding for the sake of battling like they're in a fighter. /digression
