Not specifically about privateers and QCP, but about the war, but this.

The Privateers are kinda like the outcasts - we don't fire on them because they are allied with the outcasts. If we were not allied with the GC, we would kill all of those stupid outcast battleships who venture into Kusari. But seeing as we are allied, we do not. Same reason, really. FA/Hogosha are the pirates who kill the bretonians.
Why are blood dragons using caps anyways? They are known as the best fighter pilots around, and their capships are (in-RP) old stolen patched up jury rigged obsolete models.
Honestly, I would see the blood dragons siding with kusari lawful forces before siding with bretonian privateers. If not though, that's a huge propaganda coup for the lawfuls. I mean, the Blood Dragons have sympathy in Kusari society because they only attack "corrupt" government targets and are just as loyal to Kusari as the most zealous lawful. If word got out that they were assisting common criminals or worse, enemy foreigners, well then a lot of the populace that were sympathetic to the BD cause might shake their heads and say "OK, fighting KNF I understand, but assisting gaijin who seek to destroy all of Kusari? That's not right..."
Why would the blood dragons ally with the KNF in any situation? In my opinion, the dragons are VERY PARANOID about treason, and therefore they will never trust anybody. KNF, Kusari Empire, Farmers ALliance, Hogosha, the lot of them. I can't see any blood dragon allying with them. Don't forget its them who drove them out of Kusari in the first place...
As for bd caps, I support them. Not for the PVP, but you will see later. The only reason I can see a battleship is to protect the direct descendant of hideyoshi. the cruiser is for killing the Kusari Battleships,etc etc. All of them are really RP ships, and seeing as no-one uses them, what is so bad about them?
also, im soon going to make a thread but, WHY DOES EVERYONE HATE BD CAPS! Don't say they don't make sense, but everything has another reason. I have never seen one in my entire time here... why is everyone against them? They are VERY rare, at least, they are now. Togo? Never seen one. Cruiser? Until i got one, never seen one either. I go through Kusari every day in my powertrader, not once have I seen them.
Then again, its all your interpretation of the Blood Dragons. How powerful do you think they are? Are they just average terrorists like the xenos, or are they actually fully-fledged, civil-war standard threat (along with the GC of course). In my opinion, its almost like council vs grn standard.
The QCP does not expect nor ask any assistance from the Blood Dragons (though we'll generally accept it). We're pretty much neutral, leave each other alone.
We're also not allies to the Outcasts. Interestingly enough, the normal BAF ID allows allying with the OC against certain enemies (Corsairs, for example), but the Privateer ID does not.
I do find it interesting that the one complaining about BD capships is the one who takes the shared account KNF BS out at any opportunity possible.
Not that there is anything wrong with that of course, but surely the BD command have as much right to a capship as does the KSP command.
Speaking as a Blood Dragon I have no dealing with the QCP, which is a good thing for both of us as if I did then they would be my freind as much as any Gaijin causing trouble in Kusari.
