Zig. Take a deep breath. Don't fly off the handle so easily. Maybe posting the screens of your boasting to punch a person in the nose is not the wisest thing, eh? Especially if the said person has contributed quite immensely for the server. And the said person is the solution too.
There are more preferable ways to phrase the requests and then there are not so good ways.

I take it all back about Cannon. I contacted him shortly after my Bounty Hunter ascended to the great big credit in the sky because of this bug and he proved amazingly helpful; Casero and I headed to Conn with him to reproduce the maneuver (a wide turn from engine kill) that triggers the bug, Cannon pinpointed the error that causes the speedmodding detector to single out non-speedmodders, tinkered with something, and what do you know - it seems all's fixed. Dueled around in Conn all afternoon, along with Casero - all seems to be well.
Thanks, Matt! Let's hope the "speedmodding" problem is gone for good. At any rate, I'm overjoyed not to have had any more trouble out of the autodetector since.
You're right, of course, loogas, I apologize. In retrospect, I definitely could've handled the matter more calmly.
This has now occurred twice, as one can see - once to my [LN] character, once to my BHG| character - both times while fighting Sabre pilots, and, to make it even worse, both times right before my opponent(s) were about to go down. According to those I asked about this particular error, it's triggered by a particular mode of fighting, some form of maneuver or turn one can direct one's fighter into. Well, golly gee, is the server taking offense at how I fly? Apparently, Zapp, for one, has encountered the same problem.
Severely annoyed and put out about this; it has got to be possible to prevent the server from screwing up to such an impressively large degree. It's completely ruined what I was busy with, not once, but twice now, and it will most likely do so again in future. Heartfeltly requesting that this please be fixed. It's irritating, being victimized by this bug. Really fantastically great to know I can't even -fly fighters- and -take part in fights- any longer without fear of being hit by Cannon's misguided dove from above.
