I ran across an Order GB in Leeds, if that's who you're talking about. I tried to pirate him, but I got distracted when a convoy of far better pickings dropped out the lane. wasn't too impressed when that convoy turned out to be full of slaves, and said Order transmogified into a vigilante and ordered them to set the slaves free, but meh.

I did a lot of recon work in Newcastle for the Order, and I RP'd it into one of the chapters of Trent.

If the players attacked the NPC's, there are some questions to be asked, but if they're shot at, its understandable. In fact, most of the NPC's are enemies of my Order char.

I think you're missing a point that in RP, NPCs are people. If you were an Order, and someone was off shooting up Order NPCs in Delta and yelling through System chat "Man, these Order sure are easy to capture!", would you just stand idly by as he did it? NPCs represent people. They might not be very good at killing things, but, in RP, they're people. We should really treat them like they are...

[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.

think of it this way. the NPCs are the average pilots who get like recon duties and stuff where players are Aces.

Uh... Yeah. If it has a pulse, it's pirateable. An example being yesterday, I pirated a Scylla destroyer, and with a bit of help from my buddy Tony Bush, came out on top. Waran - don't 'dis. Mind you, AIs don't have pulses. My rule needs revising:P

I was refering to the fact about needing an engagement notice to attack players.
