The only reason I could ever see adding autotargeting to this mod is for rear-only fighter turrets. They're useless as-is, because one or two rear turrets arent going to outweigh the damage you take trying to use rear view or turret view to fire them at a pursuer. If they were autotargeting, they'd do a little bit of damage to anyone behind you, but wouldnt be 'overpowered' due to the low number of rear firing fighter turrets that exist.
The problem would be applying this change -only- to rear firing fighter turrets. Not capship turrets, not freighter turrets, just fighters.
