Better don't activate it ... engine trails from Gallia and missile trails are broken even deactivating wont help i will just have to find backup of fl now ... and hope it will work:D
Edit: I used FLMM to install textures so i could remove them maybe i shouldn't do that, anyway now it back on normal.
Some of the texture files where edited for a few of the new weapons and also the Nomad Trade lane effects i created, so i sugest you do NOT!! install any new texture files that are based off vanilla FL files. Also missile textures were edited.

I beg to differ. I've been using a hud mod for quite a while with no ill effects. I've even posted rule violation reports with screenshots using that hud mod, and the admins haven't said a word. To me, that says that there's no problem using them.

If you want to use it beside the Discovery mod you have to check via FLMM if there are any fileconflicts. You can delete the files which will cause the conflicts in the FLMM mod directory:
Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\HD_Textures_1.2\DATA
After that you can active the mod.
I think the file:
Freelancer Mod Manager\mods\HD_Textures_1.2\DATA\FX\smoke.txm
has to be deleted for normal missile trails.
