Thats why I asked anybody who wants to give it a shot to be inspired by the pictures I posted, not to copy them.
And yes, This ship looks absolutely amazing and would fit into Freelancer nicely imho, and it would be a nice homage to Chris Roberts, who was a part of the Freelancer development team too...
For that much I'll learn to texture, hardpoint, hitbox, wireframe, and do all the INI coding myself.

They don't? Its probably a matter of taste, but imho, they do, especially the first one I've posted.
Definetely better than some of the imports we have.
I also asked to modify, not just recreate them, so maye they can be made more 'freelancer-ish'?
