The Liberator Light Fighter

Sometimes I've felt disgust in heading a faction that tries to exclusively use this ship. I've fought the LPI a fair deal, and it is a very annoying ship to hit. IMO it's the third best LF in the game behind the two Nomad ones (the weaker Morph and the powerhouse that is the Voidrunner). The Slipstream might be better, haven't flown it since early-ish 4.84 and I'm not sure exactly how/if it changed in the Phantoms' hands (I could try it out, but really don't feel like it).

In my view, the Slipstream dosen't count. It has 6 guns and in .84 it had a bugged hitbox.

Libby is Epic.

Me and Zapp went in Libbys to kill a rogue that we didn't know was a Gunboat. A couple Xenos were there in Eagles too, and they all got shot down. I didnt take a scratch on my shields. Eventually a LABC showed up and actually did real damage to it.

You forgot the Mistral. That one is epic. Only downside is that the Arquebus eat the powerplant like a hungry elephant eats a single leaf.....

I've tried each of the house advanced lfs, and I've come to the decision that the Wyrm is by far the best.

Don't complain about libbys till you see one of them with their wings blown off.

Yup, flying it for a long time gives me motion sickness. I find that with most LF's though. If you start turning hard with them, then the universe just goes past your eyes a bit too quickly.

Especially since any fight involving a LF tends to last the greater half of an hour, or three if the pilot if good.
