Hi there, name's Reizo. Man I just picked up this transmission and I guess it might be my lucky day. I'd be very interested in taking up your offer Mr Hiraga, if you'll have me.
Gee, I guess I should tell you a little about myself. Well I've just turned 21, I was born on Freeport 4 where I spent a lot of time when I was growing up. My mother is Kusari and my dad's from Liberty. Both of them flew transports for the IMG so I kinda bounced around between their ships and the Freeport a lot during my youth. I got to take the controls from time to time too and I figure if I can handle a transport, I can handle a freighter.
What am I doing in Kusari? Well I got to an age where I wanted to get out and explore a little, maybe get in touch with my roots. I've never really been outside Liberty and Bretonia much so this is all a bit of an adventure. I'm not so familiar with Kusari, you know traditions, politics, that sort of thing, but that's what makes it so exciting.
So anyway I touched down on Junyo about a week ago looking for some work but it seems the fisheries aren't recruiting. That's when I saw your transmission! Whaddaya say Mr Hiraga, think you could gimme a shot and show me the ropes? I won't let ya down I promise!
I've to admit that I haven't read the whole idea, just went through it fast, but if you are going to set up a startup faction which doesn't pick a side in the Kishiro vs Samura competition, what about basing yourself on Roppongi? Since almost all other bases belong to one of the keiretsu. Even the planets except New Tokyo itself do.

A small adendo: Not siding with neither Kishiro and Samura is great RP-wise, but be on the lookout. As you size-up, one or both might think you are getting to big. Watch their game.

Thanks for the feedback, and yes, i am aware of a possible pending collision with either kishiro or Samura, I'm kinda hoping for it to be honest.
Kishiro and Samura are both Kiretsus of Kusari.
Samura is big and strong company with massive production, while Kishiro falls back when numbers are in question.
They are less powerful but more innovative. They promote foreign quality trade and some foreign rights, but Samura is more traditionalistic and thuse favored more by emperor.
That does not mean that Kishiro is not liked, actually it was Kishiro that adopted some critical things in Kusari to benefit the nation.
Both Samura and Kishiro work for Kusari, for the benefit of Kusari, but they also compete among each other. Samura uses more dirty tricks, but kishiro isn't far behind. If you do decide to join Kusari with this faction of yours, you should talk to emperor and ask for blessing, and you should play it very smart to how do you deal with Samura and Kishiro.
While one side is more aggressive, other side won't hesitate to cripple something that could rise against it.

there are lawfuls, quasi lawfuls and unlawfuls in Kusari as well as anywhere else.
Make sure you put the appropriate people in their place, or else you will come off as being too neutral.

Hmm, something came up to me. A small question if I may:
When stating "all criminals" as hostile, how do you put the unlawful side of Bretonia? Elaborating a little... Seeing as Kusari is at war against the Bretonians, a piece of the unlawful side became more than willing to help - such as the Gaians or Corsairs, for example. There are many alliances forged there.
Seeing as your company is open to freighting, I suppose you might be employed into food distribution as well, so many of the pirates on Bretonia would actually enjoy your help - err... with or without your consent I know - and yes, I know that's off limits on your ZOI, I'm just thinking a little ahead now.
So in short terms: I am rather eager to talk with you IG with my Gaian.
Depends on who is in question.
Gaians are scientists and care about other plans. They will just leave you alone I believe, unless you're carrying wildlife or something precious to them.
Mollies will rather kiss a BAF on a mouth than side with Kusarian.
Corsairs on the other hand... will probably plunder you if you're alone and they've traveled all the way to leeds to actually plunder something.
