NPC Sabre spam is horrible. Particularly when you're already in a large fight with other player-characters, and then it's not even so much that NPC Sabres can do damage as it is that they seemingly contribute to laaaaaag.

Trade lane campers included.

::Facepalm:: I wrote the wrong base name. I meant Southampton Shipyard, not Trafalgar. I must have been distracted while typing.

If the NPCs were a threat, then It would make sense, but Bloodhounds stopping you continually and you running with not a scratch to your ship... is a joke.
I say double,or even triple the NPC's. Why? well most people i see whining about them are pirate's who are sitting disruptung TL's,and do not want any danger when disrupting lane's,and pirating trader's. You see... If you are friendly to them, they do not fire,if you are not?...say a Hacker in NY at a tradelane, then tough cookie's,just cause no player's are around to stop you, does not meen you get a free payday.

Mind providing some proof that most of the people who have just posted in this thread spend most of their time playing pirate characters? I certainly do not.

I meant in game. I see them all the time. Flying around hostile space, and complaining that NPC's not letting them make any money. I guess i should have said that in last post.Sorry did not mean to imply anything.
The worst problem with NPCs is that they bounce your ship around. When your in a mining ship or a capital should you stay there like a brick and they bounce off you. Its rediculeus a fighter will turn my ship around etc and I have no control over it.
