Here is the same problem 8( Ship i made is invisible in game.

What could be wrong? Textures and model is working in HardCMP, but in game model is invisible.

Set the LOD range in the shiparch to 1, 99999. That will fix your problems.

If you set the LOD range, and it still doesn't work go in and make sure you do not have an duplicated texture names, or duplicates group names on your model. This will sometimes cause the model to not show up.

Possibly the mesh CRC hash in the cmp files. These need to be unique.

Well, i found out one interesting thing, so if here is no texture .mat file then model is visible but without textures, but with textures its becoming invisible again, so, seems like problem is somewhere in textures i guess...

Also try exporting the model multiple times, with level of details 0->4, updating the cmp each time you export after 0.
