that white-box issue is just Ageira propaganda in my opinion. If they would say otherwise even more people would try to steal their tech. Gallia managed to build their own ones and the rumours in Kusari sound like there has been more than just collecting the destroyed parts in Leeds. Plus those rumours are back from vanilla so they can't be based on the war anyway.
However, the official Samura statement on this matter would of course be that those rumours are indeed just rumours and that all the lost convoys in Hokkaido were destroyed by the Blood Dragons;)
