Flaks are a very useful thing for a gallic battleship (either GRN or Council) to have. NPC bomber swarms are a threat to anything, but with flaks a battleship can wipe them all out while they are still in formation, in the initial attack run.
Boom. NPC bomber wing is dead. Gallic battleship shielding gets hit with the torpedos anyway, but it doesn't go through to hull. And shields can regenerate.

give flak guns 3.03 refire and 2-3k less damage
increase range by 200m (effective range)
reduce energy a little and buff projectile speed with 50
thats it...
effective, yet not too effective. energy consuming is way higher. so you must shoot in bursts..
Would be effective against swarms or single bombers... but ineffective against 2 or 3 bombers as they would be spacing out between themselves alot more making you unable to effectively kill or fend off more then 1 at a time
While SNAC still outranges it... so only noob jousting bombers snacing at -800m or so is affected.
Adding 200m means you can also shoot it from the back of a juggi and it will reach about 100m(?) infront on the ship before going "poof"
so.... adding this to the zoner turret stats (as thats the only "basic" flak pirates can get)

That is.... just above a gunboat razor in terms of shield.... less range, less speed.. a tad less hull and about 7.64086957 times the energy of a gunboat razor
Unfair? some might say so, but i say; if you want to use a bomber against a cap, be aware that they might aswell have something up their sleave.
This will make small ships like... Osirisbby dread/bret BS (its small compared to the big ones) pretty much overpowered against a bomber... but they already are overpowered with solarises, so wont be much of a difference.
Big ships, like my juggernought/sarissa will have more use of these... making the turrets effective for larger caps, yet not so effective that it gets ridiculous.
From my limited experience with flak cannons, I think it'd do them good to get an explosion radius buff. If you ask a bomber, or even a fighter after a fight with a capital ship using flaks they'll usually reply 'what flak?', simply because they have a barely noticeable effect. Flak in theory should form a protective shield around a battleship, forcing a bomber to fight at range from Battleships.
nah explosion range is like that of a BS missile, or jsut a TAD smaller
honestly... problem is that flak aint really effective due to being like bomber guns in speed and 1.0 refire... making those flaks (which seems to have -20% bonus to all shields) seem worthless.... and even at hull their "bugged"...
id say.... give higher refire..... if possible keep same damage... thats it. But since that is untolerable i added some more "balanced" stat changes... or atleast i feel like its decently balanced against someone like me (im a bomber whore, yes, so i dun want to be omgpwnd guns for caps either)
