Yesterday afternoon 3 BHG vessels-bomber and two fighters entered Minor

locking for "cash to collect" and "not to get back home poor" as they said...

There was 4 TCG| vesels practicing in Om-100 at that time and they are answering the call from

Minor send by one of the secondary fleet members.

After a futile attempts to reason with BHG| pilots Mr Patriarch give the order to engage and

and TCG| patrol engaged BHG| vessels along with member of a secondary fleet flying Hathor GB.

Few minutes into the combat Hator GB was destroyed but escape pod was retrieved safely.

Fight went on but BHG| pilots ware over powered beacouse Miss Little Mushroom and Mr Orestis

joined TCG| patrol in combat.

In that time Order|Sgt.Ray Jose and Order|Fernando Soto showed up in Minor and Fernando Soto

imediatly started to give orders to TCG| pilots to disengage and cease fire on BHG regardles of a fact that

(by that time) second Hator GB of Order secondary fleet was destroyed... (gun-cam available)

MissLittleMushroom obeyed order and disengaged only to by fired upon and get her ship destroyed by BHG|

pilot while heaving no protection from Fernando Soto who give the order in the first place(she was standing

next to him)

This person-Fernando Soto then opened fire on TCG|Orestis in the middle of a fight and damaged his ship

witch he later admitted himself with excuse of "saving lives"...????? (gun-cam available)


This person also actively participated in helping BHG| pilot by giving him nanobots witch lead MrPatriarch to

give order to cease fight and let remaining BHG| pilot leave while confronting Fernando Soto about his

actions...BHGw pilot was scanned during whole time of a fight and at the and he didn't have no nanobots in

his cargo hull,but few seconds later he head 51,while Fernando Soto was lacking 51 nanobots...

...when confronted-he denied all of this but he received order from his superior-Sgt.Jose to submit

full report.This person was in the Titan-Corsaire VHF and he's explanation was that he's got permission from

Corsaire Elders...(gun-cam available)


...now...in the light of recent these recent events, TCG| is bound to ask folowing questions:


-Considering the fact that he was firing on Order vessels,in the middle of a fight with BHG,in Minor

and openly helping them by giving nanobots while flying Corsaire Titan with "permission from Elders"

is this person-Fernando Soto-Corsaire agent in the Primary fleet?


-Are all Order agents allowed to use or keep Corsaire tech-weapons-ships or there is a double standard

in place ?


-Is TCG| fleet's to expect this kind of attacks in the future in Minor

or this kinda behavior will be sanctioned?


...gun-cam shoots of this"incident" are available if needed,as well as testimonies of TCG| pilots who scanned

BHG| pilot and Fernando Soto.







We hope that this meter will be resolved efficiently for the benefit of all Order agents,regardless

of rank or position.

Firstly apologies for late answer.
I had my reasons which I assure you are justified.

Now, as Vice Admiral in Order Primary Fleet aswell as HC member I decided to handle this matter,
as member of Primary Fleet si directly involved in this event.
Firstly, I will ask you to submitt all avaliable evidence in this channel,
about Fernando Soto resupplying BHG pilot,
and opening fire on Order vessel.
Not that I don't trust TCG, but, I prefer to have solid proof,
before taking any actions of course.
Next actions will depend on submitted evidence.

About Soto flying Corsair fighter Titan.
The Corsair Brotherhood [TBH] approved this technology exchange long time ago.
Although it wasn't exactly exchange, as Soto flied that ship before joining Primary Fleet.
Current relations with Corsairs aren't so great as they use to be at the time when it was approved,
but TBH did not expressed desire to have that ship return to them.
Order| leadership also approved this at that time,
and does not see now any reason why we wouldn't allow him to keep it.

Please pay attention to words of BHG pilot in first and specially second log...he is answering questions

directed to Soto and saying that "he got guns pointed to his head"...and that "he got them-nanos

stashed"..???



This is a log from Miss Mushroom's ship in witch she scanned BHG patrol and you will see

BHG|Moray(moprey-spelling error)-8 nanos, and that was evan before Sato opened fire an TCG|Orestis

and before he was left alone by the rest of BHG pilots.

Next time he was scanned by TCG| pilot Mr Svarog he had 51 nanobots and Soto was missing 51...




As i am sure you know Sir,it's almost impossible to scan equipment transfer between ships while you

are fighting them,Miss Mushroom's ship got destroyed and Mr Orestis ship was damaged by Soto's fire

so this are guncam logs who are relevant here.HC will also receive statements of all TCG| pilots

who witnessed this incident by the end of a day.


And on a personal note,Sir...i have served 14 month in a Secondary fleet before i was called to join TCG.

I had my share of good and bad things...but i have never heard or seen Order pilot helping BHG pilots while

other Order pilots are fighting them...never.TCG have no reason to doubt any word that comes from

Mr Patriarch,Miss Mushroom,Mr Orestis and Mr Svarog.They have never been in combat or in patrol with

Fernando Soto and they have no personal issues with him.But,shooting on a Order vessel while fighting BHG

and admitting that ,as well as giving them nanos during the fight is unacceptable.


TCG| want's insurance that this kind of behavior will never happen again in Minor.

You will receive statements of pilots involved in this incident.

This is my official statement concerning incident that involved TCG|pilots and Order|Fernando Soto.

I was in command of TCG patrol when we received call to assist from one of the Secondary fleet vessels regarding BHG raiding party entering Minor.When we entered Minor we head on our scaners 3 BHG vessels-Bomber and two fighters openly provoking fight,stating that they must "collect cash" and etc...

I was the one who gave order to engage BHG pilots and few minutes after they manage to destroy first one,then second Hathor Gb of the Secondary fleet.Fight went on and BHG pilots are starting to loose their ground,getting more and more damaged.After 10 min or so,two of BHG pilots fled and run to Delta
and i received report from TCG|Orestis that Fernando Soto fired on him and damaged hes ship...
I continued fight with BHG bomber who was still in Minor but after i scanned him i sow that he,somehow have 50 or so nanos evan though he was empty just min ago...

That was the time i received second report,this time from MrSvarog informing me that Fernando Soto give nanos to BHG pilot.I give order to stop fighting BHG pilot and faced Soto.
Everything alse is mentioned in Mr Wizard's report to HC.

I here by state,under full moral and material responsibility that all that i have mentioned in this report
is true.

Me personally think that this person should be placed in front of a firing squad and shoot immediately,
but rest of TCG don't share my rather old-school war-time discipline point of view...i have to comply with
insurance that this behavior will not be tolerated in the Order ever again,regardless of a rank or membership in Primary,Secondary fleet,TOP| or TCG| group.

This is my official statement concerning incident that involved TCG|pilots and Order|Fernando Soto.

I confirm that all that Mr Wizard and Mr Patriarch have mentioned in their reports is true. I was in hospital until yesterday because I 've been injured when my ship was destroyed. Fernando Soto ordered to disengage BHG ships, I obeyed that. After that I was standing next to him and he didn't protect me when BHG ship attacked me without warning. I also do not understand why he fired at TCG ship, the only thing I can imagine is that he was infected.

As commander of the Iron legion I am announce to the High command that the Iron legion will no longer exist.
Since the Repentance was the only active ship under that designation it is only fit to remove the Iron Legion (IL) from the Repentance.

The IL-Repentance is now just Repentance. I will ensure that the Repentance will still preform the primary function of protection for any and all Order| ships.
The Repentance will be there for now and until the Order has no need of her services.

Alright, after examining all avaliable evidence and testimonies about this case, I have come to conclusion
that Fernando Soto did committed an act of betreyal towards Order pilots by opening fire on them,
and helping Order enemy in battle against Order itself.
I have issued a severe reprimand on his flying license, which includes:

-Titan will be taken away for a month, possibly more.
-Flying License will be taken away also for a month, meaning he will not fly anything for that period.
-All his achievements will be erased from records.
- Fernando Soto will spend that period in committal.

Additional measures will be taken to prevent any possibility of repetition of such cases.
I had a chat with Soto, to make sure it never happens before.
But, I do trust his statement,
and this is not first report about TCG using excessive measures against our enemies.
We do not have resources to waste where is not needed.
So I will ask you to keep that in mind.
That would be all on this matter.

This is Captain Eriksson Ravenov of the Order Primary Fleet. I contact the High Command regarding a special operation. Even though Fleet Admiral Lee Brandon, Vice Admiral Jack Osborne and Rear Admiral Robert D'Souza agreed to it, I humbly request the rest of the High Command to give their thoughts, suggestions, and, perhaps, votes. Now I will explain what is this all about.

Three months ago we started receiving increased reports of high-tech transports coming and going to and from Juneau Shipyards, Alaska. When we sent in our agents, two and a half months ago, we received some intel on the Navy building a next generation scanner system. This scanner would not only detect ships, but, it would also be able to track them across several systems. In theory this scanner would be able to track a Nomad in Iota from Minor. Two months ago the scanner was complete and it was mounted on the Dreadnought Liberty which will be completed in about a week or two.


LNS - Liberty


The plan we all agreed on is that we will slowly take over the ship with the help of our contacts in Liberty. First, we will replace most of the commanding officers, then the crucial crew and then the rest. After we have took about 70-90% of the ship and the ship is located somewhere in the Omicrons, preferably Delta, the ship will turn it's guns and destroy it's escorts before they are able to send any message. The rest of the Navy pilots aboard the Liberty will either surrender or be killed. This way the Navy won't know what happened to the Liberty and would officially be MIA and therefore there won't be any provocations or war with the Navy from the Order. An ETA is about 2-3 months, however, it could be sooner or later depending on how our contacts in Liberty manage.
