I did see the BS firing

Well I still remember what did happen, and No you didn't if it did it wasn't firing at us because I was facing the LABC it was taking no fire, I was taking no fire, YOU took no fire from it. THE only time it did fire was when the LABC fired three mortars at once while trying to talk with it, in which point when the ships shield went down is when the RNC vessel fired back, so if you saw it firing it would have been the trick of your mind or maybe when the other two RNC cruisers were there, you mistaken there fire for the Battleships

5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves
player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get
back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible,
then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

I don't really think that the point of this sanction's debate is to determine whether I was or was not was involved in the fight when I disconnected. If I had purposely disconnected before the fight, that would still be against server rules because I was interacting with others.

The point I want to make is that I was dumped off of freelancer against my will (i.e. I did not F1) and that I did everything I could do to get back in the game in a timely and rapid manor. I believe I did do all of the thing's mentioned above, and that is why I wish to contest this sanction.

Also, I have mentioned the posting in flood issue in a previous post and that I plan to do so as a precaution in all future events of this nature.

I have decided to replace the turrets taken away from the Engels by buying new ones with my own money. I wish to state that I have no desire for material compensation of any kind, I just wish to clear my name.

Well i have no say in it,but I have read what you have said here,and I believe you are telling the truth about being kicked.(it happens). So i think the admins, should let you off,or even reverse the santion.

I am also sorry for getting you sanctioned,but at the time it looked like an F1.I agree with the admins, it is hard to know for sure.

Just a tiny little bump.

I'm sure that the admins know about this little thread and what's inside it, I just wanted to leave a friendly reminder here, as an admin has not posted in this thread for some time now; not even just to say, "Yes, we are still looking into this case."

I don't mean to seem like I want to rush this in any way. The admins have enough work to do without worrying about me and I'm sure they are quite busy. I just want to let you know I'm still here.
