You have always lost commodities and weapons when you die. He hasn't activated player looting yet anyways.

Kane, I have to disagree with you there. Version 2 was still too powerful. I easily took down marauder's cruiser, and I'm sure it could have taken out a battleship. A combination of agility, weapon power, and most of all range made it a cap-ship killer. And it's ability to keep firing some weapons when the energy ran out.
But it is a lovely ship, I hope its agility is still there. It's a great addition I think, but we wouldn't want it to become too popular, especially as it's not a freelancer ship.

I seem to be a favorite for people to test new ships on... First Nesa's Marsflyer now Virus' Bomber. When Typi and Vicious played before they tested their BSs on my cruiser. Though i always won due to the now-reduced damage output of the cruiser FW gun.
The Huegenot is a little too powerful. Two CD/T mounts and two lvl ten gun mounts, PLUS fourteen lvl 10 turret mounts is a little much, don't you think?
That means a possible two cruiser forward guns, 14 missile batteries, and two torps.
A little too much?
EDIT:
I am adding my way of balancing it.
Either (A) Remove one lvl 10 gun mount, and one torp, or (B) remove both of one of them. (i.e. two CD/T mounts, but no lvl 10 gun mounts)
