Generally I'd support vigilantes and in the past have provided them with weapons, considering the close ties we have with Liberty (some Liberty hunter and police characters are also vigiliantes when off duty), our origins there, etc. A fair number of hunters have ideological reasons for wanting to kill criminals and the money is enough for them to earn a living while they do it seeing as they lack funding of the type you have access to. And it's a shame Houston is regarded as a police base, as it serves as the bhg hq in liberty and deprives you of a base.

I'm sorry but my English is not so good. What do you mean by pronounced our tag? If you mean, "Have you talked to Joe since we use his character's name in our tag?" Well, I mentioned our group name to Joe and his response was: [00:09:23] Joe (Jihad): LOL
If you are wondering that perhaps someone else already has this tag? I have no idea.

As Akurawr said, Civilian and Codename technology only.

We fully understand that and are aware of it. That is the way of the Role-Play of a Vigilante. However, we will make sure that if a physical conflict (attack) ever occurs between our party and a lawful authority, it is you who shall be the aggressors. Not only are we forced through the ID rule to play like this, but I want it to be like that as well from an RP-perspective.

Of course Role-Play can be done where our characters are convinced and persuaded by certain BHG figures that they are indeed doing this for a higher cause, the money simply being some sort of added bonus or the driving factor to help them push their goals further. I'm just saying that in general this is the way we look at BHG and mercenaries. The perception can of course change though.

Are you for real?
[dexter mode] I've been searching all my life for it [/dexter mode]
Count me in if you don't mind rather poor pvp skills.
I don't mind poor PvP skills at all. If you get in, I or anyone else in our group surely can train you. The recruiting is based on the player himself/herself. If we believe you will function with the rest of the group. That means, if we believe there won't be any future conflicts with other players. This system was designed to avoid any possible problems the players might have with each other and make it enjoyable for everyone. I will mention your name and we'll see how it plays out. In our group there is no leader, everyone has equal power.
