I know whats wrong. Freeworlds mod needs FL patch 1.1 . Discovery runs on patch 1.0 . That means Kuze's way to fix it is the best.

My vanilla files are 1.1. I have not encoutered problems with the majority of the mods runned with copy-paste method. Only Discovery is corrupt when using that method so u must run it in FLMM.
