Yeah, but you are Hogosha, and if they can get a chance to attack one of the people that makes Kusari hell for them, don't expect them to ignore you :/
With Rheinland law enforcement, it's more on an individual basis, some might ignore you, where some might not want you around.

That wasn't Hogosha that caused that, it was ships with Miner ID's.

As to how he shall be received by the Rhinelanders? I guess that depends whether individual factions have suffered at their hands or not...
Exactly.
I don't want to hear anyone in here saying how if a Hogosha ever pirated a Rheinland transport that all Hogosha would be considered enemies. Not when the same people making that claim also say the exact opposite about Junkers. The Hogosha, just like the Junkers, are civilians. Some Hogosha are criminals, some are smugglers, some are very legitimate although shady businessmen. Reactions toward Hogosha are dependent on the individual they're dealing with.
The Hogosha are black market operators and smugglers. They do business with anyone that will hire them. They are the main competition of the Junkers. Therefore if they can steal Junker business anywhere in Sirius, they will. You don't need a base to operate off of when you're just transporting goods from one place to another. You only need that if you are working all the time in one area. Since the Hogosha don't hang out in Rheinland, that argument is moot.

Very well said, but the Hogosha id is Rep nindjad now - hostile with Rheinland and may be with Liberty(havent tested for Liberty if it is repnindja or just I am hostile with them).

Kusari, Okinawa, Sigma-17/19, Taus, Bretonia (smuggling to/from Kusari/Gaian bases), Gamma (using Theta as a gateway, also for smuggling), Kepler/Galileo (smuggling to/from Leiden and pirating).
Pirating in Rheinland or Liberty is rather out of character for the Hogosha as I see it. However, if they can show respectable justification as to why they should operate there they should do so before going there.
Why not Sigma 13? There are both GMG and Junkers there that need <strike>shot at</strike> brought into line.
"Remember the Hogoshas in Penn that got mining nerfed?"
No, that was people not leaving Liberty/people whinging about having to pay pirates when mining profits were designed to give people enough money that they don't mind paying pirates/
I see no point of Hogoshian not able to trade in Rheinland, when the junkers can why hogosha shouldn't be able to do so? And I agree that hogosha should not Rob people in Rheinland or Liberty but Sigma 13? Why not? I killed QCP| Gunboat with my hogosha while he was pirating in the Honshu..... It is a kind of unfair for hogoshians to be rep ninjdaed with and Rheinland without any case of hogosha pirating there, why should hogosha be restricted only to Artifact smuggling ? And why you restrict factions like hogosha who are indeed not so populated? It is clear to all hogoshian players that they cannot pirate in Rheinland and in Liberty and the big dragoon transports in Penn 6 months ago were with Miner ID not with hogoshian id. All hogoshian ided pirates were in Kusari.
