- CARGO INTERDICTION

Several miners in the Dublin system were identified leading to the initiation of OPERATION: BURNING ARROW. Myself, Commander Yamakazi and CODENAME: SHINOBI were sent to neutralize all targets as per instructions provided on the mission briefings. All miners refused to drop cargo, except one Maffic-pilot. The rest were shot down and their gold-ore destroyed on the spot. Our location was eventually compromised and so we had to leave the system before it became too crowded with hostile capital ships.

BATTLE REPORT 6
- CARGO INTERDICTION

OPERATION: BURNING ARROW, was initiated, units were dispatched to damage Bretonia's economy under the lead of Commander Yamakazi. At 13.01.819 20:12:22 SMT the Tactical Squadron (Agent's codenames: SHINOBI, YAMAKAZI, TANTO, BLOODTHIRST, PROMISED PAIN) advanced towards hostile territory. We managed to slip through Armed Forces patrols and breached to the Dublin system to disrupt ongoing gold mining operations. We were shortly compromised and hostile presence was reinforced with multiple gunboat-class, bomber-class and fighter-class vessels and one Battleship class vessel. Following in accordance to the guidelines of the mission briefing, our group managed to avoid entering a massive fight with Bretonia patrols and concentrated on intercepting valuable convoy targets.

Multiple hostile vessels were destroyed, a few shipments of Gold Ore (With total more then 5000 units) and a shipment of other goods was also intercepted and appropriately dealt with. Vessel "Nano-Technician", Hegemon Class Mining ship was intercepted in the New London system. This was a special case because he failed to comply and we where forced to execute our orders. Said vessel was pursued into the Manchester system and neutralized.

With OPERATION: BLUE BOLT nearing its completion, higher-command have assigned us with a new intelligence mission which will primarily be conducted in the Leeds system.

Our job is to locate, identify and retrieve data from any and all foreign shipments being made to any Bretonian-owned station or planet in the Leeds system only. Foreign shipment is classified as any transport-vessel not aligned to any Bretonian Corporation. Items of interest are any materials that can be used for war such as hull panels, military vehicles, light arms, etcetera.

Use only intelligence assets for this mission, cloak and dagger tactics are advised. If your unit has been compromised, change call-sign immediately and if needed, change ship-appearance.

I was undercover in the Leeds system, performing SKYWATCH. I was mostly watching the trade-lane entries near Planet Leeds. The traffic was not significant, concerning my current goal, although I did find out an interesting fact. I confirmed, that AT LEAST TWO members of the Bretonian Armed Forces and the Intelligence Agency of Bretonia, are using Libertonian Military-grade equipment. I however expected to find a lot more shipments than just a single target but we must initiate our operations at different times in order to maximize the chance of retrieving valuable data.

During the safeguard of the Kyushu system to ensure maximal security for the honourable Emperor and the Rheinland Officials, an LSF unit was spotted flying past Planet Kyushu. One of the Imperial Guards intercepted him and with combined forces we quickly neutralized the target. Even though it is an official matter that our house are having a meeting with the Rheinland one, hostile spy units are still viewed as a direct threat to our house. This could be a sign of an upcoming operation being conducted by the LSF in Kusari Territory. Two RECON-specialists will be dispatched shortly to monitor possible further activity conducted by the Liberty Forces.

Per your request Overlord, we have finished building the last components for our new Mobile HQ. We thought it would be fitting to name it the Ryugu-Jo which is the name of an undersea palace dedicated to the Dragon God, Ryūjin. This vessel will primarily be operating inside Kusari Territory to serve as our central command post but also as a supply base for long-distance missions. We hope to see it be of good use in the future.

- OPERATION: DRAGON EYES

Initiating OPERATION: DRAGON EYES, intelligence assets were dispatched to Leeds system to retrieve and analyse data on Bretonia Armed Forces presence, patrols and installations in the region. Kempeitai Operators gathered data deep inside hostile territory which was transferred immediately to the HQ.

The high orbit of the planet Leeds and its surface area has a high enforcement activity. Heavily armed patrols of battleships and interceptors in a wide radius were confirmed. The enemy is concentrating forces in a defensive-position trying to delay the invasion of the planet's surface.

However, such a concentration of enemy forces did not leave without affecting the enemy's defensive operations in other parts of the system. Patrols are either weak or not presented at all in many sectors.

Enemy's strategic points in the area located around LD-14 and Battleship York are relatively weak.

Intelligence gathered confirms the presence of several jumpholes leading to the neighbouring system. Confirmed the location of two of them (see attached files). Patrols are weak or not presented at all. Patrols practically do not appear in the fields of the waste clouds due to pirate activity and lack of pilots and ships to monitor the entire space.

Analysis of the situation and location of enemy forces, their bases and installations leads to the conclusion that the effectiveness of using a relatively small strike groups that are able to slip unnoticed deep into the hostile territory using waste clouds works with great success. Performing attacks on more unprotected enemy targets and weak patrols could further destabilize already poorly defensive areas. Transports, convoys, reinforcements. All this will slow down the preparation of defence of the planet.
