Frankly, I think the moment guns are used between these factions is the moment that company becomes quasi-legal. Directly confronting corporate competitors is somewhat mob-esque and I doubt the law enforcers would take a kind view on it.
Imagine if BP started blowing up ExxonMobile's rigs. Would the laws of either Nation turn a blind eye and pass it off as competitive strategy? No they certainly would not.

Sending mercs and unlawfuls on eachother is another way to get nasty. Just don't enter shooting matches yourself. Kruger and Daumann could have Freelancers or Mercs on call to remove the odd intruder, or clear out competition. IMG would likely do the same, or ask the Hessians instead. Which leaves the RM/RFP very busy all around:D
